Honestly, this is a great place to stay if you are on a budget. The room is adequate and clean, people don't bother you, and it's close to downtown. I have stayed at other budget friendly places and they have not been near as nice or accommodating. I like staying at The Stratford Inn. Just one note, if you get a smoking room be ready for the smell. That happened to me, but when I requested a change of room, it was easily accommodated.

I thought I had paid deposit and everything on line since the last time I stayed I didn't have to pay at the time of check-in, so I was surprised by that and annoyed after a long four hour. Other than that, it was a great stay.

There was no breakfast, but the location was pretty good. It was near where I lived and stuff and it was also near oh places to eat, so yes, I did like the location of it.

The only thing I didn’t like was when I was booking my room the booking changed from one thing to the other she said there was no more rooms at that price itself that was going to get a room with one bed and a king size and then switch to a bed with tooth switch to room with two beds in it that were queen-size, but it was a great room and when I turn the lights off, I was able to go to sleep immediately and I slept all the way into was time to leave and I never do that. There was no desk or table to use for my computer to do reports. Could have used one of the end tables but there was no hard chair to sit on. Had to sit in cushion arm chair and hold computer on my lap to do reports. At 75 years old it is hard to sit in the cushion chairs and be able to pull myself up. The standard table style chair makes it much easier.

This was a nice place. Good location, good price.

Lots of bugs, lots and lots of bugs. Some wear and tear in the room, but nothing too crazy. Just the bugs.

I felt I had the privacy that I had the friendliness of the staff especially the housekeeping staff. They were so friendly and polite and very helpful. I was highly impressed amd eill definitely use this establishment again.

I do not think there was anything I did not like. The only thing I noticed was the bed was super close to the TV table and we had to squeeze by to go to the bathroom.

Friendly and attentive employees, great location.

Rooms were a bit untidy, lots of dust and stained sheets and towels.

I had to relocate my room. First room had a very hard bed. Second room although upstairs is a lot better.

The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great.

•The walls were pretty thin so you could hear everything happening outside and in the room next to you. •The AC made a very noisy rattling sound.
