I love everything about this place are you kidding me the staff is unbelievable I move back to Tyler now I am looking forward to spending a lot of time here hopefully if anything I pray to get a job here finally anyways yes amazing people

Absolutely there is nothing not to like about this place you really got to be a hard cruel rude ass excuse my language individual not like this place these folks go Way beyond anything anybody has ever done for anybody I'm telling y'all so let me find out y'all rude to these people I will be there in a heartbeat because this is amazing people here

Room very clean, well maintained, lighting excellent, good TV channels, very nice very hot water, great coffee in room & refrdge.

This is the only complaint I have regarding my stay - I was next door to one person coffin all night on one side of the room, plus on the other wall where the TV located I could hear the persons tv next door continuously & this was very annoying. Change that to "somewhat annoying." None of these could be helped, unless the house policy could be changed, that is make a policy to NOT set rooms adjacent to other customers, ESPECIALLY when there are few customers for a single night stay.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and super friendly when I checked in. A bulb was out in the lamp over the desk. Maintenance had already gone home. This person came and replaced it. I wish I could remember their name. My room was clean and comfortable.

When went to check in had to wait at least 5 mins there was no sign up saying they will return. Another thing my son's school computer charger was left accidentally an when I called about it they said they didn't it but it wasn't at home but it's OK just bought another My husband gathered the things I ll be sure take part in next time

Everything about the establishment was perfect. My wife and I spent 10 days there and dollar for dollar you can't beat them.

There was nothing there that we didn't like. From the front desk to housekeeping they had no problem on taking care of all our needs

I love everything about this super 8 in Tyler Texas I won't stay anywhere else and if I can't stay with y'all and y'all don't have room for me I don't stay anywhere I really really appreciate you guys

There is not anything I don't like about your establishment the people works with you I just love you to pieces

I was there for 7 days. I asked on the second day for towels and bed change. Nothing happen! Then on the 5th day I asked for a full deep clean. Nothing happen! I asked the manager and housekeeping and the maintenance person.

No wifi, breakfast was sad! Only cereal and packaged muffins Only one washer and one dryer😔 my quarter got stuck on dryer🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

the staff was VERY courteous and accommodating. We had car trouble and had to leave it right in front of entrance doors. The manager was so kind and understanding and reassured me that it was no problem to leave it there overnight The pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy and the beds were super comfy. Would definitely return.

Very friendly service loved making the reservation on line and they hold the room for you until you arrive then you pay love that everyone had great hospitality too.

The mattress was very stained and they did give hand towels .
