Great location, comfortable. Good location for our event close by.

I had a safety concern because the exterior side door leading to a huge marketplace parking lot was unlocked, although the wording on the door stated that for our safety it is locked contentiously and to use our room card to enter. I inquired and notified the attendant about the door being unlocked only to be told that that door is unlocked 24/7 because there was no crime in that city and there are plenty of cameras. That was a naive statement it’s a nice hotel but I’ll not stay there in the future because of safety concerns.

Room was very good, comfortable & nicely located by elevators.

The breakfast was not very good We and 5 other couples had to wait about 25 minutes for omelets apparently when it ran completely out the attendant did not notice,also sausage was barely warm & dried out. Ugh

Breakfast is delicious. I love being able to sleep in a bit since breakfast is served until 10. Live the location…especially love all the shopping opportunities within walking distance.

The pool was still not open. We were there in June and July but the problems with the pool still exist.

The location is perfect! Plenty of parking. Within walking distance of most of the shops we like to go to. Very clean. For the most part, the staff is friendly. The exception is a few of the younger staff members.

Our only complaint is that the beds are not comfortable . We would stay longer, but we always have to shorten our trips because our backs can't take the hard beds.

This location is excellent, with it being on the back corner of the large shopping area in Tyler. You can walk to all of the stores there in the mall, if you have the ability and energy.

The sofa in the room could use to be updated.

Loved the location and really appreciated that bottled water was free. The staff was excellent as well.

Only complaint is that during my week long stay I didn’t get one turn down service and had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper.

Every nice room, plenty of space to move around . Nice to have a place to sit down and eat complfortably. Nice clean bathrooms with lots of room.

The only thing was someone spilt something sticky by front doors and was tracked all over the place and was not cleaned up.

Excellent breakfast, nice selection. The attendant was always alert and kept the eggs and sausage supplied when low. Layout was nice and offered the opportunity for some privacy.

The design of bathroom countertops where the counter overlaps the edge of the sink is an unfortunate and widespread problem. Mine was very dirty under the edge. Have someone in housekeeping check several and you will see!

Wonderful hotel! Great staff, located on a plaza full of shops and restaurant options. The room is spacious, bathroom was big enough with great water pressure. The hotel facilities are really great and parking is easy and convenient. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

It was a bit too out of the way from the Interstate depending where you're going to/coming from, but it was worth it!

the location was great and the breakfast was good. our room was spacious and comfortable.

Although the room was clean It had a musty smell to it.otherwise it was fine.
