The Manager Double Charged my card and everytime I I brought it to his attention he kept giving me the run-around. At first he was saying my money was going to be back in my account by the end of the day and it never showed up. Very unprofessional. He also kept saying it was showing on their end that a payment wasn't taken out and I had proof in my debit account that a payment was taken out. I do not like being double charged and not being able to get my money back.

My partner enjoyed the full breakfast and even sent me a picture of his breakfast it was so good! He took me to the Tyler airport for my 6am flight so I missed breakfast, but called ahead for a box breakfast and when we checked in the wonderful woman at the front desk said I would have one at 330am when I departed. When I left for the airport the gentleman at the front desk had the box breakfast for me and offered to add yogurt which he got for me. Your staff is excellent and I know as a business person how important that is for doing business. Well done! We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Gina

If your hotel were right across the street from the airport that would be perfect. Also, maybe a future indoor pool as we could not enjoy the pool in DEC weather

Located around other competitors, offered similar and sometimes better facilities at a better price. 24 hour desk. Good breakfast. The bathroom soap bar is better than most. The 12 pm checkout time was a benefit that I will not forget. 🙂

My secure, HP business laptop would not connect with the wifi. It usually means that the connection is not secure and/or is being monitored. There should be an alternate login process. I would have paid extra for it. I use a VPN, like other security-conscious people. I had to use my phone as a hotspot, which has a 1GB limit. There seemed to be an issue of the front desk being understaffed over the weekend? Luckily someone from the back helped me out without a delay. It would have been nice to have a TV schedule instead of having to blindly jump around the channels to find something to relax to after a long day.

Sleep Inn was a standard 2 star hotel, but the details make it exceptional. Highlights: - 4 towels in the bathroom - shower got warm enough and the temp stayed stable - 2 free waters in the room upon arrival - friendly to my dog, not just tolerant - LOVED the shampoo and conditioner - 4 pillows on each bed, and a comfy mattress - good cable, not just sports and news.

I have no complaints, but the coffee situation could have been better. It was fine, but I’ve definitely had better hotel coffee.

I was bringing my grandkids to the hotel for a last minute mini vacation before school starts. I called the day before and asked if the pool was open person at the desk said yes it was When we got there (Friday )there was a sign on the door saying the pool was closed. If they knew they were going to do maintenance that day they should have told me when I called and asked about the pool. My granddaughter was crying because she couldn't go swimming. The man as the desk said it would be open Saturday at 10. Well Saturday morning they said it would not be open. Again granddaughter was crying. Breakfast should have more than 1 meat kids don't do sausage. They like bacon

The location was is a safe, easy to find, yet not in a highly trafficked and busy part of the city, the staff was amazingly courteous and helpful, and the rooms were very accommodating overall. Realistically couldn't have asked for more given the price and circumstances.

The only thing I would have preferred were better interface services for the TV's in the hotel rooms. It wasn't a personal issue but I can understand why it would be problematic for other guests.

Everything! cleanliness, smelled good when most hotels reek of strong cleaners, very pretty and resort like, very kind staff, Everyday when i got back to my room my bed was made, i had fresh towels and wash cloths, bottles of water left on the table for drinking, the breakfasts were big and delicious, the large rooms with 2 tvs and a couch, my room was conveniently by the elevators and laundry. I will be staying again.

The only little thing i didnt care for was the fridge in my room was extra small which is fine for people who stay one night.. but i stayed a week, I couldnt fit much in it. i wanted to put microwave meals and sandwhich stuff in it but no room.

We just needed an overnight somewhere decent before continuing our long road trip, and this hotel was perfect. Our requirements were 1. Clean and 2. With breakfast. This checked off the boxes. Other positive points: big bathroom with a fan and lots of counter space; nice fridge and microwave; bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fine and my husband said that the eggs were the best ones he has had at a hotel buffet, so there’s that 🙂.

The breakfast was very good. On Friday morning, there were scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage and also a few fried eggs which was a nice change. They also had biscuits and hot gravy along with bagels, cereal, etc. Saturday morning was the same except they didn't have bacon. They also had water and yogurt in the fridge. I always like hotels that have waffle irons and this one had two. The location is right off the main road and quiet. It's close to restaurants and anything else you need. I have stayed here in the past and have always been pleased. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was a great value and the rooms were clean. The pillows are amazing!!! Bed was super comfortable. There’s breakfast included which is really nice. There’s eggs, bacon, sausage patties, biscuits, beagles, waffles, oatmeal, cereals, milk, orange juice, cranberry juice, butter, toast, jam, cream cheese, yougurt, etc! Plenty variety. The pool is a good size and a nice temperature after a long hot day. The rose garden is close by which is a beautiful place to stop. I Recommend this hotel
