We were pleasantly suprised. The only disappointment was no breakfast. But I do understand why. They would have a loss because of the leftover food having to be thrown away. Bed was very comfortable. was quiet. We did not even hear a siren going off til we went to go to dinner. Will definitely return. And despite its age it was exceptionally clean. They take pride in cleanliness and it shows in the rooms.

I work nights and the room only had one window and the curtains kept the room nice and dark. Very quiet during the day and night. Room clean. Staff friendly. The bed was comfy. Walking distance to a gas station. Would recommend.

That I had to leave that comfy bed and quiet surroundings.

It was a clean and kept property.

The surfaces were clean, but there were several spider webs in the corners of the room. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. The mattresses do need to be updated. They were a bit hard and you can feel the springs, maybe mattress toppers would improve the comfort of the mattress.

Great location food and other needs within walking distance, quite at night you will hear traffic on interstate, starbucks,cracker barrel ,whataburger and convenience store within 100 yards.pet friendly, it's a older motel owners are polite and helpful.

Check in was quick and friendly. My request for a non-smoking, ground floor room was honored. Near the highway. Gas and fast food restaurants nearby. Plenty of "green" for the pup to take care of business. Great for my purpose, an overnight stay while on a road trip.

very nice staff, quiet people staying there, no excessive noise, clean, accepted dogs, a Starbucks and Cracker Barrel within walking distance.

they need to spruce up the surroundings a little bit, I wanted to mow the lawn for them haha. I wish they’d reimburse people for the pet fee if your dog is not a problem and doesn’t make a mess

Everything was clean in the room & it had a good smell! Facilities closed due to COVID Delta outbreak. Check-in was nice & informative. We recommended the hotel to our son’s in-laws for the same night. They were pleasantly surprised at how pleasant the stay was. The Inn is an older facility & Looks a little worn. We had a hard time finding it because the new Apple Tree Inn sign wasn’t up Sign still for American Value Inn). That will soon be corrected. We had a good nights sleep 😴 at this facility!

More parking is needed but is manageable!
