The front desk person who checked us in and worked on Saturday was so wonderful! He checked us in efficiently and helped me a lot with getting laundry done. I felt his friendly and calm attitude eminate throughout the hotel. Even on Sunday, the breakfast area was so calm and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. I often stay at Hyatt hotels as I earn points there but I will be back.

I din't like that you didn't have movie channels on TV and no option to cast from a device to watch a movie.

The beds were very comfortable, the AC was nice a cold at night. Location was pretty central to where we needed to be, and their coffee was actually very good!

I wasn't a fan of the TV and how slow it was to flip between channels, which were very disorganized. Their breakfast was on par, but I think the hot items could have had more care put into them. The walls were thin, so those staying on either side of you, prepare to hear their tub/shower - and sometimes, their voice.

The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Clean and comfy. Nice and quiet. Pet friendly. My dogs felt welcomed here, too! :) The breakfast area was great, too, with a variety of foods to choose from! We will be coming here again!

The only thing I can think of was the elevator button was shorting out which caused us to keep pushing the button until it turned on. This was really not a big deal; however, it should be fixed.

No hot water for oatmeal. Lukewarm from coffee pot, meat was cold and only a few left, that was at 8:30, worker sitting on phone, I couldn't ask her anything, The young man working evening, was so wonderful, he was polite and helped us find a place to eat and how to get there.

The A/C in the room would never shut off. It would get to hot, and then I switched to cool and then it would be to cold and noisy, I unplugged it.

This location was efficient, clean, well taken care of. We were very surprised as we didn’t do much research before our trip. We just needed somewhere to stay that was close to where our daughter was attending camp and we could easily pick her up the next morning. Check in was quick, the attendant was very kind and did his job well. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for the great rate along with a clean, quiet nice restful nights sleep!

Front desk staff are the friendliest people. They are still the same ones from 1st week of May when I was last there. I like consistency. The company must treat their staff well in order to keep them. The location is excellent. Close to shopping and dining. Hotel was clean and quiet. LaQuinta, at this location, is my home-base for when I need to be in Tyler.

Only concern was being by 1st floor side door. Fortunately this trip was quiet.It is usually high traffic area in hotels with people using those doors instead of front entrance. Had I said anything I'm sure staff would have tried to move me

The room was nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable, friendly staff and the hotel was quiet.

althought it wasn't a really big deal, I wish there were extra cream, sugar and coffee packets in rooms. especially cream and sugar. I am heavy on creamer/sugar with coffee in the morning and didn't feel like leaving the room to get more in my pjs lol.

We went for the Solar Eclipse. Many hotel rooms were taken and quite expensive. This hotel was in anprotected space but close to restaurants and had a nice breakfast!

It would be helpful if those operating the desk had more information about the area. They both, two different people, seemed to “ just work there”. So a flyer with info on services, restaurants, parks etc. would be helpful!

Everything went well. The staff is wonderful . Check in was a breeze. Our room was clean and cool. The facility was clean and very quiet. Also, while it may seem like a small thing to some, this is huge to me; the keys always work. Nothing is more frustrating than to finally arrive at one's destination and have the keys not work. I never have to worry about trudging back to the front desk at this hotel, even on the second day of the stay. We also had plenty of towels for our second day. Thank you!

Location & the staff. The breakfast was good & hot. The staff worker kept breakfast area very clean. She also wore gloves when restocking food.

The signage to find the hotel is lacking. We drove past the driveway several times. Of course I do not know what restrictions the city of Tyler has in place.
