New, clean. Beds were comfortable

Had a call earlier in the day of arrival to tell me that there was something wrong with the payment on one of the rooms and asked how I wanted to resolve it. I said that I had booked through the app. She said your payment did not cover the full cost. I asked what card they used, and she gave me the last four digits. Not any of my cards. She said it’s booking.com payment. She said she would investigate. Never heard a word. When I checked in, I asked if everything was approved… she said, “yes, why?”… I told her what had happened and that I spent rest of day worrying after the hotel made the call. no apologies offered.

The breakfast was good. The woman who greeted us at the door was incredibly friendly, and almost the entire staff was just as friendly. The beds were super comfy. All around it was a very good stay.

I wish that the pool was up and running, but I know that it was probably down for a reason. At one point we saw a cockroach in our room, but it was right after a rain so that is not their fault either.

It was amazing - I'm a Marriott preferred traveler and this made Marriott motels' breakfasts seem like they were an afterthought. Marriott should send some execs to see what a Good breakfast is..

Breakfast was excellent and the lady at the kitchen made sure everyone had what they needed. The hotel was super clean. Everyone was friendly!

I don’t think I have anything bad to say about this hotel.

The room was clean . The bed was comfortable. It had plenty of essentials. They gave us free bottles of water.

They were renovating. Their pool and hot tub was unavailable. The breakfast was being served behind the check in counter.

Breakfast was good! Loved the pancake maker. Loved the lower cal options for eggs and sausage.

room 205 had a refrigerator that ticked consistently, staff said they would fix the issue.

The breakfast was good. Considering your oven was out of order. Coffee was great as well as juices.

We found everything thing satisfactory Bed was comfortable, but little hard to get into as I am short and crippled, but I managed.

the lady that was there putting the food out was very rude and she wouldn’t stop staring at my husband and I. I didn’t really appreciate that. Our key card stopped working so we had to ask to have our room opened.

The desk clerks were friendly and efficient. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

The bed was too tall. I’m 5’ tall and it was hard to climb into it.

Very clean, awesome environment.. Our hostest Erica was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and helpful. Recognizing me from my previous stay 4 days earlier. Way to go Erica.

I can't say there was anything I didn't like. Room was very clean and comfortable
