friendly atmosphere from front desk to the cook and even housekeeping also the breakfast was excellent front desk very helpful, clean environment in rooms, and hall ways I’ll be back

I have one complaint the toilets are too too low to the floor especially for the elderly you have grab the sink to pull up maybe little tab higher other wise great stay

Clean, comfortable

Was put at the end of hall for daytime sleeping but the room right next to us was occupied, had to turn on our portable fan to drown their noise. I’d rather be in middle with no one right next to us .

Breakfast was great each morning

We were put in a handicap room which was fine. What you need to improve on is the closet. One low closet rod which you cannot hang cloths on because of the safe on the floor.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the pool was well maintained, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was very good, and Miss Janice is a dream!

I have no complaints.

I adore the breakfast and the staff was very understanding and accommodating when my family wanted to remain the in the lobby and chat.

Refurbished room with everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. Most helpful and obliging staff with 24 hour reception. Excellent breakfast choices.

It could be difficult to maintain this high standard .

The only thing I believe could improved on is the bathtub should have a mat, it was “slippery “.

only thing breakfast was supposed be at 6:00 almost 6:30 to start no juice machine broke and pancake machine broke

From the moment we walked in everything was fresh smelling clean

We stayed two nights and did not receive room service. We had to take our own dirty towels down to exchange them for clean ones
