Well lit, good location, clean room. There are places to eat well within walking distance from the property. I went to Newks and the prices were reasonable and the food was really good. Also a Buffalo Wild Wings was close.

Almost no amenities. In the lobby,which was ridiculously small, there was a small glass door fridge where you could buy cans of soda for $1. No real healthy choices-no unsweet tea,nothing. That was all that was on the property-no vending machines at all. Pets of any kind are not allowed. There is absolute no type of breakfast to speak of and no where to even actually put one.

The hotel upgraded us from two full size beds to two king size beds at no extra charge.

The location of the hotel was perfect. We were in town to see our daughter who attends SFA. We thought we were going to have to stay in Lufkin so this worked out perfect.

Staff were very nice, rooms were pretty standard, nothing special. AC and hot water worked fine. Close drive to everything. Felt safe.

No pool, no breakfast.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room older but clean and maintained. Property older but well maintained. Left behind an important item . Staff contacted me to work out how to return it to me.

On entry a/c off but room cooled off quickly.

Great location and clean. Good parking, and quiet. Bed was firm but not too hard.

Pillows. The pillows were bad. Clean but not comfortable at all.

The rooms were clean. A comfortable king size bed and a sofa bed. I didn't use the sofa bed. but as a sofa it was comfortable. the bathrooms were clean. The A/C was wonderful, nice and cold. Also we had a microwave, a mini refrigerator, and coffee set-up. Nice pluses. The pool was great, very nice after a long drive. There is a snack machine, ice machine, and washer-dryer available too. Check-in and out was fast and easy. The location was good for us too. Close to restaurants and the event we came to town for. We felt safe here too. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The wifi only worked in my room if i stood by the window, my friend in the next room had wifi anywhere in her room. Now I didn't tell the management at the time because we were very busy and my friend just used hers, so I never gave them the chance to check things. I was hoping for the breakfast room to be open as a sort of lounge, even knowing breakfast wouldn't be available. the facade needs some attention as it is looking a bit run down.

Very clean room and bathroom. The mattress wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like, but for one night I survived. Not a lot of amenities, but the price was right.

The staff tried to be very helpful. I had phone issues. The room was very nice.

Not being able to call out on hotel phone. I know it was considered long distance but, I was going to pay for it upfront. They still could not let me do so.

We had a king room. It was huge. Larger by far than expected. It was clean and well appointed with a desk and sofa in addition to the bed - which was comfortable.

There was no wifi signal although it was promised.
