Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It had a couch. Able to be on first floor.

Most restaurants and services were on other side of town. If you miss turn lane for entrance you have to drive a few miles to turn around due to construction, also effected ability to exit property. Parking lot is small! To make matters worse several spaces are reserved for Hilton perks members. School bus, large construction truck and car with trailer allowed to take up multiple spaces. Breakfast was basic. Pets allowed was charged $25 a night instead of flat fee.

The friendly staff, the very clean rooms, the fitness facility, The grounds were well kept and the atmosphere was very acceptable and the complimentary breakfast was great. My family had a great experience visiting our hometown no doubt in part due to our stay at spark. Definitely our place of choice to stay when visiting Nacogdoches.

1.The location due to the traffic and construction was a bit busy but not overwhelming. 2.the drinks in the lobby were a bit high but not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was great. The woman who serviced the area was very attentive and there lots of food options, that changed daily.

The a/c unit, in our room, sounded like it had water in it and the room smelled slightly musty.

Clean Well kept outside and inside

The indoor pool had way too much chlorine!! You could smell it soon as you opened the door. It made your eyes sting It took the color out of my hair on to one of your towels even after shampooing.

The bed was comfy and I enjoyed the breakfast. The pool was great! I liked the water bottle refill machine. Viewing my Netflix was easy.

The door in the bathroom would sometimes be hard to close.

My grandson and I were in town for a graduation party and I wanted to stay at a hotel with an indoor pool. We arrived late but got up the next morning and had breakfast (it was okay but fresh fruit would be nice, none that day) and then he enjoyed the pool for an hour or so. It was worth the stay just for that.

I liked the size of the room and the comfort of the air conditioner- it was far enough from the bed to cool me without blowing directly on me. The room smelled faintly of roses. I assume it was a scented powder used on the carpet or something. it was unexpected and pleasurable because I smelled it upon entry, but didn’t notice it after spending time in the room. it was the perfect amount of scent. The bathtub area was very clean and the granite surround made it very inviting. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the sheets on the bed made this room one that I would want to request every time I’m staying in Nacogdoches. Also, the chocolate muffins at breakfast were awesome!

I did not like a floor drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. I did not like that ALL of the pillows were super plump. I’m a side sleeper and prefer a choice of pillow that is slightly firm and more flat than the ones that were available. The plu-in alarm clock kept making an obnoxious noise, so I unplugged it. I would have liked a banana for breakfast.

There was a full hot breakfast available. The room was very well cleaned. The a/c worked wonderfully. There was food and drink options nearby and not a far travel to downtown to go sightseeing.

The only complaint I have is we were put in a connecting room, but we only had one room booked. As a woman who was travelling with children, I was a little uneasy about that but simply locked the door and stayed vigilant and had no issues. But that was literally the only complaint I could make, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I'm sure if I would have asked to move to another room it wouldn't have been an issue.
