Clean. Had frig and microwave. The bedding was the best part....luxury bedding...that alone would stay agAIN. Nice pool.
No breakfast. Location was fine on Rte 59, but on the website said loop 2313...??? We called the hotel because our gps was lost and asked where it was. I asked" Are you on RTE 59 or RTE 79? they said no, we are on Loop 2313. well, turns out they were on rte 59 in a very accessible location that we found by accident with alot of driving around. Knowledgeable staff is important!!

Again, all was well except for the offensive odor of the cleaning products & the fact that the shower temp knob was installed backwards & we had cold showers 2 nights before it was explained.
I don't think we can come back. The offensive odor of the cleaning products permeated my CPAP machine & I smelled it for weeks after returning home The shower temp knob was installed backwards & we had cold showers 2 nights before it was explained. You need signage, notification at checkin or correction of the problem.

The room was just GREAT. Took a handicap room because it looked from booking.com that was the only 1st floor room. My knees can't take the stairs & there's no elevator. The suite was fabulous for me & would have met every need of someone wheelchair bound, even in an electric.
I REALLY didn't like that I left a bag & they claimed not to have found it. I had to get housekeeping to let me in every time I loaded luggage on departure because they de-activated the key early.

There is no elevator. Towels are very small and 2nd floor hallway wallpaper and trim were falling down everywhere.

It was clean.
The advertisement says it serves breakfast, however there was none. The front desk guy said the owner hasn’t gotten his food license since COVID. Please remove this amenity when customers want this service!
