This facility is on a highway with lots of traffic. Inside it's clean, comfortable and peaceful. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff are very friendly, helpful, and profession. I was ecstatic to find this was a NO SMOKING facility! I will stay again!!

The building isn't brand new and there's some wear evident. There are a lot of contract laborers who seem to stay there and that might bother some people. Though I found all of them to be respectful.

From the moment we entered the reception , we felt welcome. The room was large . The staff are patient with guests. During our stay we used the laundry late in the evening and when collecting our clothes from the laundry, the lady from the front desk was mopping the floors. A family came in with 3 of their children riding hoverboards , the wheels were covered in mud and the kids were riding all over the foyer and hallway making mud tracks everywhere. Breakfast was yummy and included, with plenty of tables with seating.

good value. nice pool and workout room the kids always enjoy. room was huge. very quiet hotel. hot breakfast. clean room.

girl at front desk was very dry when checking us in. seemed very unhappy to have to do it. odd smell through out hotel. we have been coming here for years just for fun for the kids to swim and every time the hotel gets a little worse. but it is the best one in the area for the price you pay. the cleaning ladies were very nice. wish they would upgrade there tvs it was hard to navigate.

The TV in the first room was not getting a signal anywhere. Front desk agent saíd that they aware of this and immediately gave us another room across the hall.⁶6

There were two controls to work the TV, simply put instructions on the TV stand to ease the need for help.

The evening desk girl was very helpful getting me settled in when I had a couple of issues.

The TV was difficult to figure out. May be b/c I'm old. The microwave was unpluged. & there was used bar of soap left in the shower. I have stayed many times & always been very good. May just have been a bad time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful 😀 I was greeted by someone whenever I entered or exited.

I being disabled depend on handicap accessible parking, but it was extremely limited. The room floors upon exiting the elevator held a strong oder which at times was a little more than I could take. Bring sanitizer and air freshener.

It was clean, smoke free, and for the money very nice… The breakfast was a bonus and it was quite good. The beds were comfortable. The cable television was great too..

The entry light above the entrance into the room was out. However, the lamps beside the bed and on the desk was sufficient. Seeing that the room could sleep up to 4 people, they should provide more than just one face towel…

They were very accommodating to my situation. We were without power for 4 days at our home and they were very helpful in getting us a room with our dog.

The breakfast was not good, not really a good complaint because it's free .. but it could have been better. The beds were not comfortable at all, I did not sleep well but the rooms made up for it with their large size and the jacuzzi tub was phenomenal.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. We left an importantem in our room and they notified us immediately. This was over and above. Really appreciated their effort.

Hotel need some upgrades. Even though things were clean needed a little TLC. The business next door may have some things to do with the heavy traffic in and out of the hotel.
