Really liked the afternoon cookies

I had forgotten my underarm Deodorant, so I called front desk to see if they had complimentary Deodorant, and the lady that answered the phone told me no, but they had some for $2.00, so I sent my Husband to front desk the next morning and was told by the gentleman that it was $3.00, and that he didn't know why I had been told out. Also we left our room for the morning thinking that since we were staying 3 days, someone would come in to tidy our room , make our bed, and bring fresh. Towels..We were wong...When we went to front desk we asked why didn't someone come and service our room, Lady at front desk told us the door was showing red , basically like we were still there even though we weren't there and we didn't have a Do not disturb door hanger on the outside of the door..

The room we stayed in was very clean and had everything we needed. Also, the staff was friendly.

The hotel grounds were a bit dirty when we arrived. However, we noticed that the hotel had a lot of oil/construction workers staying there. We assumed that it’s probably difficult to keep floors cleaned up when the workers are tracking dirt in from their jobs. By morning you could tell that the staff was trying to clean everything again.

Room was clean and location was great. Easy to get on and off expressway and food choices close by. Breakfast was good eggs, home fries, and sausage along with other things. Had a nice gym and cucumber water for the guests.

Wall paper peeling. Curtains didn't close so anyone could look in, even on third floor. Slippery bathtub, no grippers in bathtub. Staff overlooked giving us washcloths. The door to our room was left open when we got there. Let staff know of the problems and we have not been the only ones to bring the issues up. The staff let's the owner know and nothing gets fixed.

Check in was nice, they listened to my requests and I received a nice quiet room. Clean. Loved the bathroom clean and clean modern. All good. Breakfast options were great.

Only suggestion is to get luggage trolleys with bars on both sides, these modern ones require more finesse not to spill stuff.

The breakfast was okay. It is food cooked in bulk and that is hard to do an make it great.

This is not a gripe but an FYI. The camode is loose on one side so it flexs up on that side. needs to be fixed or it will start leaking. Also the shower head needs to be tightened up it's leaking a bit in the back. Not a big thing but it needs fixing. I forgot to mention this when I checked out. The bathroom was very clean and you can tell it is well tended to when they clean it.

My stay was very peaceful! It was amazing! The facility was very nice and easy to work with from checking in to checking out! The breakfast was very delicious!!! The facility that did the breakfast was VERY POLITE!!! The breakfast area was very clean and fully stocked! I really enjoyed my stay and will be booking here anytime I stay in Longview!! Thank you all for you alls hospitality!!!

I love everything about my stay! NO COMPLAINS!!

The property was clean. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Even though the pool was out of commission the staff did make offers to accommodate by letting everyone know before check in. The breakfast was good. And the local ion was great, easy access off the interstate and to downtown.

The breakfast was good, especially the eggs. Everything was nicely placed and easy to get too. The location was perfect as it was just down the street from my work location, only about 3min away.

Nothing was really bad but it would’ve been nice if the tv could’ve connected to the Wi-Fi also as a smart tv. The tv also could’ve been bigger but otherwise everything was fine.

It was clean. When I left to tag on the door to service the room we came back to fresh towels and a made bed. Bathroom was clean. Fridge/freezer worked well Overall i was happy with it

There was a distinct odor. But it had been rainy. But i will say it was very off putting at first. Shower head had hard water buld up, which looked a little grimey

Nice place to stay. Easily accessible and location was fine for me.

Didn't like that they didn't have a fan in the bathroom or a hair dryer. The ac/heating unit wasn't perfect and didn't seem to stay quite at the temp it was set too but I wasn't in my room for very long so I wouldn't have complained anyway.
