We enjoyed our stay here! The property is fairly new with modern amenities. The room was comfortable, clean, and fully functional. We slept well, and enjoyed a nice hot breakfast downstairs. The common areas of the hotel were quite clean and well-kept.

It's hard to think of anything that could be improved. The one thing that we came up with, is it would be nice to have more counter space in the bathroom. That's it!

Loved the modern look and feel as well as the amenities. The staff accommodated me well.

The room I stayed in was right by the exit which is fine but the exit door slams super hard so the in and out traffic kept waking me up early in the morning and late that night

This is a great hotel that real addressed many of the problems I always find in other hotels. The rooms have a great design with hooks and open clothes hanging bars (no more drawers and closets). The bathroom is perfect, nice extra-large (but not excessively oversized) shower, good lighting. The lamps in the room were great and versatile (you could angle them to shift the focus of light). The windows had both a light curtain layer and a black-out curtain layer which was great for sleeping. The A/C worked well and quietly. The lobby had a great game activity area with a nice snack bar (I liked that the snack bar was there even though we didn't buy any snacks... but maybe next time we will). The complimentary breakfast was delicious.

Nothing major. (1) the entry driveway from the main road is easy to miss, and if you miss it you have to cirlce around the feeder and come in through the Wal-mart parking lot.... kinda awkward but really not that big of a problem. (2) I wish the hotel design had a more central stairway. When my room in on the second floor, I'd rather not wait on the elevator. I could easily just walk up the stairs... except the only stairway is way at the far end of the hotel.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, restroom was clean, the breakfast was great. Loved the hand soap, shampoo and body soaps smell. They are so relaxing and fresh. Y'all have a pool.

No blower in the restroom. They allow pets in rooms. The room in front had a dog and he startled us as we were walking out of our room cause he barked a few times.

The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! We were celebrating an anniversary and there was wine and chocolate in the room for us. We were welcomed immediately and congratulated by all staff - it almost felt like we were famous in a small town! We visit Longview often and we will never stay at a different hotel again!

The location and the staff were great. It was surrounded by everything literally walking distance.

There was no microwave in the room. My spouse and I went to dinner and the food we had left we couldn’t eat because there was no microwave in the room and the shower was small. They only had one body wash and two shampoo bottles in the shampoo bottles instead of shampoo and conditioner

Staff was friendly and i was checked in - in Literally LESS than 5 minutes! The room was clean and comfy , LOVED that we had access to Netflix😀.. Every hotel should! The gym was the cleanest “hotel gym” iv ever seen. Breakfast was hot and refilled often.

No microwave or drawers in the rooms BUT I’ll gladly trade this for all that was mentioned above. There is a microwave in the lobby and lots of hooks and hangers in the room.

I liked the two young ladies at the front desk they were both friendly, kind and very professional

I didn't like the correct ( disabled) room wasn't set aside for me like I asked or reserved, I couldn't close the blinds/curtains, I didn't like there wasn't any turkey in the breakfast.

Everything except the water pressure was spot on for this hotel and it's price point.

The water pressure for the entire hotel was a bit low, for me it was the shower. I thought it was just my room until I checked with the staff. An anemic shower is a deal breaker for me, so I decided to move to another hotel for the remainder of my stay.

New build so it is still in good shape. Area is quiet and very close to shopping and dining options. We also appreciated it being close to Longview High School (we were in town watching our hometown high school baseball team play Longview in the playoffs) and needed to stay the night. Therefore, I would recommend this location for anyone needing to stay in a hotel for events at Longview High School.

Just slightly irritated by the young man who checked us in. He did his job but was listening to a video on his phone and was responding to it facially and with laughter while he was waiting on us. Just felt like we were second on his priority list.
