The staff was very helpful and friendly checking in. I had to leave early and was running late, and I forgot my cash deposit. I had meetings all day and was very tired and when I got back to get my deposit and was told I had to talk to manager. We'll see in the morning

Read above and the fact that smoking rooms get the oldest of things like sheets pillows blankets etc and non smoking rooms get the better stuff. Kind of understand because of the careless and accidental burns, "spills" etc but if non-smoking rooms are better quality, the smoking rooms should be less expensive of they can't be same quality

Quiet. Comfortable bed. Very clean room.

I'm handicapped. They gave me a ground floor but it was way around the back of the facility. I think I would have rather been on the second floor if we were closer to the front of the hotel.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and freshly updated. Parking and availability to eating , shopping, entertainment facilities are second to none. I stay here everytime I travel to Longview. ( about 4 - 8 times a yr. )

They advertised continental breakfast. It was very disappointing to see they only had coffee, store bought honeybuns, and juice.

It was marginal. By the time 7am I got there only two rools left

My y room was cleN. Drapes and love seat nice. BUTit was a non smoking room that I requested and the bedspread was full of ash holes and had many repaired spots...needs trashing

It’s right off the main road so it’s really loud at night. Wouldn’t recommend just for that reason. Would be up till after 2am hearing cars, alarms, etc.

The kind and quick service from the front desk and housekeeping staff. The decor in the rooms is very stylish. With the bar & grill built in on the side added a nice way to have fun but still maintain peace n quiet. The location couldn't have been more perfect with it being surrounded by stores, gas stations and restaurants. It's right on two main highways too!
