Breakfast was sub par on options and the quantity wasn't sufficient to feed all the guests. Other than that it was good. I like the location and the indoor pool.

The bed was too firm and the water pressure was terrible. I also didn't care for the fact that I couldn't control the thermostat in my room...everytime I changed it, it would change back and I would wake up sweating.

I needed to stop over in Longview, Texas overnight. I used my Booking.com app to locate a hotel. LaQuinta had a good rating. Once I arrived, I was not disappointed. My room was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities that I needed. If I every need to return to Longview, I will definitely consider this hotel again.

The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. A young lady helped me with the tv and was very friendly. Also, a lady manning the desk in the early evening helped us with the tv the last night we were there. She was more friendly than the other desk clerk's. Breakfast was good. Felt safe in the hotel.

The woman at the front desk when we arrived did not greet us, never smiled. Same thing happened with a different woman when we checked out. We had to have someone come to both rooms to help get the tv to work.

Home repairs necessitated us moving out of our home for two nights. Needed to check in early. The desk woman went out of her way to ascertain if a room was available for early check in. Ran upstairs to speak with housekeeper. We got in early. When we checked out today I forgot my glasses in the room. Before we had driven a mile I got a call from this same young woman saying she had my glasses. We had a great experience at La Quinta!

The person who check me in was friendly and super helpful specially on the situation of going to Longview for a funeral, she support me to be comfortable. The manager as well answering my phone calls and help me twice to change my dates.

The customer service was top notch! The staff Miranda and Ms. Jackson came through for my family. The rest of the staff were nice and helpful as well. And the location is in a great spot, convenient.

There was a shortage for shampoo/conditioner/body soap, but I understand these things can happen. The bed seemed more firm than any I’ve been on, but I slept well nonetheless. The temperature control was odd.

I loved everything about my stay, the people were nice and very inviting and uplifting to be around. I needed the good energy they brought around me.

I didn't like the breakfast too salty or too many carbs but that's me i like yogurt and juice alot of hotels have that I don't eat sausage or gravy too greasy

Location, clean, breakfast was outstanding

Sitting on the couch, a roach was on the end table, crawling around. The mattress was hard, and the pillows were as well. Each morning, my ears were hurting from laying on them.
