The front desk staff was more than accommodating! Being disabled, we usually park in the handicapped parking spots, but they were all filled. Being mobility challenged, I have a difficult time getting from place to place. Thanks to the lovely lady at the front desk who brought the luggage rack to the car to assist us getting into the hotel!! She helped getting the luggage out of the car and into our room! Then she took the luggage cart back to the front entry for us! This kind of service and assistance doesn't happen very often! Which is why we were so extremely thankful for her. I'm just very sorry I couldn't remember her name!!! I went down to the lobby to check out the snacks and getting ready to head back to my room a member of your staff graciously volunteered to help me carry the snacks and drinks back to my room! When getting around is difficult at best, I am extremely grateful and abundantly thankful for any assistance! The breakfast was outstanding! Everything was exceptionally delicious, piping hot and plenty for all! The staff member attending the breakfast area was very kind, cordial and professional! If there was an award for Excellence in Customer Care, I would be nominating this hotel for the award.....they truly are a treasure!! We feel very blessed to have found such an amazing hotel whose staff is outstanding at customer care!! Anytime we are in the area we will most definitely choose this hotel!!

The room was clean. The A/C worked perfectly. The staff got the faulty TV box changed quickly. The breakfast was excellent for an included feature.

The location was a bit of a challenge to find through parking lots behind other businesses, but once I found it that was fine. It was off the beaten path so that appeared to make it less traveled and likely more safe.

Staffing is friendly, fast checkin and out, and they offer a free breakfast. Always smells clean and fresh and isn't ever trashy inside nor outside. Good wifi, decent air-conditioning, nice toiletries, and usually pretty comfortable beds.

Stay here at least once a year and is my go to hotel when I stay in Longview but this time the room we were in was not as nice or comfortable as it has been in the past. The bed in the room was super squeaky, the pipes made funny noises when the water was used, and the ac didnt blow very hard so thankfully it was cool out. I typically rent king size room and chose the double queen option this trip. Will not do that again.

Atmosphere was very good as accomodations were met.

There were 25 plus old, non running vehicles being stored on an end of the parking lot which did not allow room for guests to park. These cars were abandoned and many without license plates. The cars with plates were outdated and from Arkansas. They were a huge eyesore for guests and quite concerning for this hotel.

The breakfast was ok but not a variety of food for Saturday. On Sunday looked liked old leftovers. Nothing was different. Coffee bar was filthy. No fresh fruit available either day. Didn't eat breakfast there on Sunday. Very disappointed. When checking out I told them at the desk breakfast wasn't very good. She replied no one else has ever complained.

Front desk staff went above and beyond to answer questions and help. Breakfast was great and help staff very friendly. Pool was clean and nice to relax in. Room was clan and smelled great. Lots of towels and just overall happy with our choice to stay here

we only stayed one night!

The hotel was great. Clean and housekeeping didn't knock at for at 7 in the morning like most hotels so that was great. Loved the comfort of the bed. The best sleep I've gotten in a long time.

Breakfast could've been better. Eggs were dry and gravy tasted old.

Everything was clean and organized. The Staff was friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend to someone.

The pool was a little dirty and had some maintenance issues. The bathroom in our room needed some maintenance as well .

Rooms were clean and comfy , the evening check in gal was not very friendly though. The morning 2 staff gals was fantastic and the kitchen staff lady was a gem

Fact that I requested my 2 rooms close together and was actually on different floors.. The gal at evening check in desk told me I did not request it , but I told her that I could show her on my phone my reservation..

Very wonderful hotel, it is right off of main highway, and is less than 3 minutes away from major restaurants, fast food take out and even wal mart. Over all a beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet. Staff is exceptional. Hot breakfast was a plus.
