Friendly staff. Lobby area very nice.

The parking charge is ridiculous. The room was not the Hilton standard I am used to. Baseboards were cracked broken. The shower door knob used to slide the door open was almost falling off. I simply screwed it back together. Seems a maid cleaning bathroom could have done the same thing. Could use little maintenance updates. The AC never gets cold. I set it to 68, and it stayed stuffy humid the whole time. Musty smell in room. There are a few light bulbs out in light fixtures. The bed was comfortable. Bedding soft.

very nice and clean. loved that breakfast lasted till 11 and we didn’t have to check out until 12 so we could sleep in. very nice workout room and loved the pool area. it had a lazy river and 2 sprinkler water features my girls enjoyed. chose the premium queen package that came with tons of good snacks and drinks already in our room. liked the deposit fee was only 15 dollars instead of hundreds like other hotels. the front desk lady was very helpful and texted to check on us shortly after checking in.

didn’t like having to pay for parking and that there is a 15 dollar charge for breakfast that normally would have been free at other hotels. we went to breakfast at 10:15 and there wasn’t much left and they wouldn’t put out more when breakfast was supposed to last until 11.

The hotel was nice. I was a little disappointed in the beds, We did not get much sleep because the beds were uncomfortable. They don't have complimentary breakfast, which was disappointing. You could order breakfast but it was a little expensive. But other than breakfast and the beds being uncomfortable, the hotel itself was nice and the staff was great and helpful.

I really appreciate that the Hilton Garden is family friendly. Just wanted a quick fun getaway with the little one for spring break and this was just what we needed.

Paid for the room for the WiFi to no work for use during our 4 day stay… had to go buy a mobile hotspot box during our stay.

What I didn't like was that the people who occupied the room above seemed to be an in-house rodeo. It was very noisy and hard to sleep through.

The overall experience was just what we hoped for. Saturday staff was amazing. They offered suggestions on places to go and things to do. Staff was very friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was service during breakfast. They didn't take the time to see if it was included in our stay, which it was.

It’s very convenient for our stay & near our family. The hotel is nice, it has an indoor pool, breakfast available for purchase.

Although nice, it is overpriced.

The precious lady that served the breakfast was great. she was so friendly and the food was good. Breakfast area was clean and great selection of choices. Would go back just to eat there.

Only thing that could have been better is that in the room and on the sign it stated that the restaurant opened at 6 so I went down to order dinner for us and the restaurant was closed. We were so tired that we did not feel like going anywhere to grab a bite, so we ate the bar food which was just ok, nothing really good.

The staff was very helpful. they have good service, the Hotel was very clean I will go to the same hotel.

I don't have any dislike about the hotel I like everything about the hotel
