The staff was very friendly and the property was well kept. The location is perfect, there were retailers including a Sam’s in the area and the hotel isn’t far from downtown.

The shower was clean and nice but I think they need a stronger or bigger shower head and to just install a door on the wall in shower….real minor detail in all fairness it was a nice bathroom.

Space in room was really tight. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable… just slept on floor with mattress. Bathroom needed a shelf or something to put your toiletries. Expensive comparatively.

I love the beds. The clean facility. Friendly staff. Awesome out door space to interact with family.

Disappointed to spend over $200 for one night and not have ANYTHING complimentary for breakfast. Not even dry cereal.

it would appear that the check in system is pretty outdated and crazy slow. The staff member wasn't in attendance at the check-in desk for about 20mins and no other staff member came to assist.

We liked the bar in lobby and our room was very nice.

Noise of tv in next room was bothersome. Elevators are slow.

The receptionist could not find my reservation. If I hadn't brought a cpy with me, I may not have gotten in. The receipt I was emailed shows a significent increase in rate $313 jumped to $360. I'm not very pleased with this result...

I had a great experience as always. It is a little pricey. Considering I stay at this location at least ever other month I wish you offered discounts.

The hotel was easy to find & in a great location. The decor was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the staff was very friendly. I liked that the TV swiveled, so you could watch it from bed. It was very quiet, which made for a good night's sleep.

The room had a sofa bed, which was much smaller than expected. But since the friend i invited didn't come, that turned out not to be a problem.

The staff was the best. When you travel often, hotels are alike...your staff made a good stay great.

It was very clean and friendly. They were very helpful. We had to book last minute because we found lots of mold in our apartment vents. Hotels are a nightmare for me because I hate staying in them cause I find them gross and dirty, this is the one hotel I’ve gone to where I felt like it was truly clean. They helped us book and room and stay there within minutes.
