We booked a large suite, which included a kitchenette. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Kroger grocery store which worked out great for us as we wanted to prepare our own meals. The hotel also has an outdoor grill on a covered porch, so we were able to grill out even when it rained. There were plenty of beds in the suite for our entire group. The hotel staff were very prompt and receptive to all of our requests. The indoor dining area downstairs is spacious and the breakfast served was varied and great quality. We did not use the gym space.

The suite advertised being able to sleep more than 6 adults, however, the dining table in the common area only had two chairs. We opted to dine downstairs near the outdoor grill to accommodate everyone. The swimming pool was closed due to inspection, but this was not mentioned anywhere on booking.com or on the hotel's website, so that was disappointing. There was no vent fan in one of the shower bathrooms which made it difficult to dry off after a shower.

I Love the staff. They all was very helpful and didn't mind answering questions. Very Friendly environment will be back soon. They made me and my daughter feel like we was home away from home. I enjoyed the breakfast and the coffee I can drink whenever.

I didn't like that I couldn't close the curtains.

The location and staff were amazing. Very personable from the front desk to the house keeping.

Limited kitchen dishes/ appliances to use. Have been to candlewood a few times in the past. They offered pots/pans/air fryers. Also, a selection of games and movies to choose from. The price was absolutely too high for what I got.

Good location .Rooms are larger than most.

Parking is tight and sometimes are to find. Long halls to walk to end rooms from elevator. Our room was the last one on the end and was out of number order so it was hard to find around the cornor of the Long Hall at the end .

Staff very friendly, whole place very clean.

Had reserved a room with a king bed, was given one with 2 queens. They did state the ac had gone out in the king suite and they were booked up with no where to move us.

Older hotel looked pretty full location was great room was large and clean.

Took quite a while to check in ,it was backed up and 1 person at the desk ,finally got a 2nd person that got the line moving. It looking full parking was scarce.

The breakfast was great lots of option and the room was spacious

The first floor had a hole in the ceiling so that was jarring and wallpaper was teasing by the elevator

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was nice have a big room for the whole family to stay in. The breakfast attendant was amazing, super helpful and friendly.

the staff was wonderful and the front lady went above and beyond to accommodate us and make us feel welcome and happy

just little details about the room we found it open when we first came in and the carpet was not flawlessly cleaned

The property was clean, comfortable, and nice!

I didn’t like that I had to deal with my reservation being cancelled about 5am the day I was due to check in, and it took hours to get this situation resolved. And when I was able to be placed back into a room I wasn’t able to get the accommodations I booked online weeks prior
