I love the breakfast and the location they're heated pool was pretty awesome as well beds were comfortable.

I like the hotel overall. The breakfast was absolutely amazing the heated pool was absolutely amazing and clean by the way I have never had a pool be so clean. The only thing that I did not like was the snooty receptionist. She was not exactly thrilled that I wasn't happy they didn't have a hot to. On bookit.com it shows that they did have a hot tub and when I got to the facility I realized there was I was there early and my room was not ready to check in and that was fine. What was not fun is that I can hear her talking s*** about me. Other than that the breakfast was out of this world. Jonathan the manager absolutely clean he was fixing everything and making it all in order he was cool.

The front desk personal was very friendly and always had a big smile on their faces. Greeting everyone that walked in the door with welcoming faces.

The restaurant and room service. I could not find a menu that was current. The lady that answered the phone at Lambortini Bar & Grill, when I called to inquire about where to find the menu, was not friendly and told me the menu is not current online and I would have to come to the restaurant and order if I wanted anything. She obviously didn’t have time to talk to me. I did not go down to the restaurant. The would not give my business to a restaurant like that.

The location is nice, food was good except for the eggs and staff was friendly.

The pool area wasn't clean during the time I went trash was scattered around the area and I had to ask for clean towels during the stay didn't like that 🙃 and the patio area had trash as well other than that it was nice and I would stay again and they don't have fox TV

Beds and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was great and near shopping and restaurants.

The pool room is freezing cold. The AC was full blast and the water was “luke cold” rather than “like warm”. Wouldn’t have been so bad if it didn’t feel like and icebox. Also my eyes were burning from the air due to the chlorine. Freezing cold and no ventilation maybe.

Close to all restaurants and shopping, quiet, and everyone was friendly.

Elevator was out of order, but I was not informed at booking or when checking in. I wasn’t made aware of the location of the service elevator that guests were allowed to use, and had to use the stairs since the room was on the third floor.

We have stayed here, twice now & love the location. The staff is the icing on the cake! They go above & beyond to make sure that we're comfortable. We will be back, as out son works for the Longview Journal & lives within walking distance of this Holiday Inn. It's a win win!

Staff was just amazing! Breakfast was great! Everyone and I mean everyone was very nice and helpful, just a great group. The GM was clean and organizing things.. the kitchen staff kept everything tidy, our check in was great. Absolutely recommend

The indoor pool was fine, but the air conditioner running in the room kept the air a bit colder than I wanted

Quick overnight stay with seamless check-in/check-out. Room was nice, breakfast was adequate but not the best I've had.

Would be nice if the rooms had an extra blanket for the bed. Breakfast could be a little better in quality (taste, offerings, kept hot).

Breakfast was excellent. Location was very close to where I was going and very close to restaurants and shopping.

Elevator was to far from room for my husband who has COPD. Although I did not make a request when making reservation.

The hotel was in a great location, in the center of alot of different stores and restaurants.

I called to try and order food from the bar and grill and the front desk and kitchen both dais they had no knowledge on how to place a call in order .I just ate out at a local restaurant.
