Super comfy bed & pillows with dove liquid body soap & shampoo & conditioner. Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in, dove shampoo & conditioner along with liquid dove body soap & dove lotion. Near a lot of food places, the suite we booked wasnt available so gave us 2 separate rooms instead at a lower rate. Loved the experience. Wish we could have stayed 2 nights!

I travel to Kilgore 1-2x a year to visit my mom and family and only stay at Staybridge as it is family friendly, clean, has great hospitality and the amazing breakfast is an added bonus. Having the option to bbq is another feature I love and have taken advantage of. Staybridge will always be my hotel of choice when visiting my family in Texas.

it was a great stay. has a heated pool for the kiddos. close to so many restaurants. Walmart is walking distance. rooms got cold. shower was hot. very friendly staff.

they allow animal(not an animals person so...). elevated takes forever but we used the stairs most of the time.

the room was large enough to fit our family comfortably. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was courteous and helpful.

They removed the hot tub that was there before and I had been looking forward to that since we booked this hotel.

One of my friends is severely allergic to pork.. The lady on the afternoon shift went out of her way to make her something when all they had was sausage for the afternoon supper.. Superb! I believe her name was Johanna? She made her some cheese ravioli! Wonderful service! Everything was lovely!

The pool was stuffy needed windows to be opened due to it being a indoor pool and its summer time right now.

very nice hotel.

I was notified when I arrived for a one night stay that the Pet friendly non-refundable fee is $75. This is ridiculous and unethical due to no advance notice of the fee.

Clean, comfort, feels like home away from home. Staff was great. Bed was very comfortable.

The hot tub water was very cloudy and looked dirty.
