Beds wasn't comfortable and the bathroom was to small

The staff was amazing, I was impressed with the housekeeper to have taken her time to assist to my needs.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot.

There were people in the parking lot that weren't guests in the hotel. There were also roaches, yes, roaches, in the bathroom.

room was dirty bugs and dirt on the floors Burn holes in the bed sheets pillow had dirty doggie smellie case on it .Toilet seat kept falling off it needs to be fixed To much activity at night skate boarding on the side walk

Bed was comfortable. BUT The sheets were stained. The room wasn't cleaned. No toilet paper. Toilet seat was broken. Junk left in refrigerator. NO cold water. Couldn't shower. Toilet barely worked.it was awful. No microwave, no coffee. Was told no other room available. Kept awake by groups of kids roaming outside yelling, laughing, talking, running. We will never go back. I've never stayed in such a horrible place. It was absolutely awful. I wish I could get my money back.

I tried to get my money back because of condition of room but they said it was only one left and they couldn't refund. We were stuck. Should paid the extra for motel 6 at least room would been clean. It was gross. I wish I had taken pictures. I will next time. The lack of cold water, stained sheets, no toilet paper, and kids running wild outside was awful. It was awful.

Room 164 The Electrical outlets were hanging out of walls by the wires. Water damage everywhere which makes me think"mold". The TV//cable didn't work at all the whole time. The door to the bathroom was a piece of composite wood that WAS TOO LONG AND DRAGGED ON THE FLOOR. The entire floor was filthy and the curtains and window were disgusting with bugs and bullet holes to say the least. The towel(1) was filthy and stained and also had recent cigarette burns on it. The toilet didn't sit right on the bolts in the ground and my daughter fell while on it because of it. When I walked in the metal frame under the bed was sticking out a good 8 inches and I walked into it unknowingly and bruised my shin just above my foot. Only 1 of the lights in the room worked. I opened the drawer to look for a pen in the nightstand and it had a straw that was cut in two and ashes from someone smoking in the non smoking room. There was also and industrial type of fan on the ground RUNNING. I assume to dry the floor. The location got a low score from me because directly across from the room door was a truck stop that ran 24 hrs a day and was loud enough to make it hard to hear each other in the room. The bed and bedding was in need of replacement ,wrong size bedding and old mattress. I had to wait til check out Day to change hotels even though I contacted booking.com for refund or to be placed elsewhere. I received 23 dollars(when I paid for 3 nights)from booking.com because the hotel wouldn't respond to booking.coms emails.
