Friendly staff, nice and clean facilities, loved the mirror in the bathroom..

Full mirror missing from room. Hooks to hang mirror was on the wall, but no mirror. Room had a desk chair but no couch type of a chair. We ordered a pizza and my husband had no where to sit. We were traveling and had stayed in 3 other hotels and they all had an extra chair. Breakfast kitchen was not refilled. Had Biscuits, no gravy, had bagels, no cream cheese, had 2 round type eggs and no sausage.

The property and rooms were very clean. The staff was very nice and the breakfast in the morning was good. I'm always thankful for a hotel that allows dogs.

The beds were extremely hard. I asked for 1st floor rooms but was given 3rd floor. My husband is handicap and if the elevators go out this would have been awful which they did during the night but were fixed by morning. The parking lot definitely needs to be bigger.

The room was really nice and clean. The pillows were super comfortable, and the bed was good, too. The breakfast was good and plenty provided.

Our room didn't have a microwave in it ( I guess someone stole it). There wasn't any plain sugar at the coffee bar, just sweet N low, and the regular sugar was in a utensils packet in the rooms, which only comes with two packs. Not enough light on the far side of the room.

This location is right off the freeway. Easy on and off.

Hot tub didn’t work. I booked the hotel based on the amenities that were listed, and hot tub was listed.

The young lady in charge for evening and morning was very courteous and accommodating. She represents your brand well!

There is just not enough light in the room which we stayed. Nice handicapped room you should know that these rooms need more light for these patrons.

From when we first walked into the hotel, the experience was great. The person who checked us in, I believe her name was Denise, was so helpful and friendly. The entire hotel was so nice And clean smelling. It was all great. The room was so nice. The bed was just right and the room was so big.. There was a microwave and a mini fridge so was so convenient to help keep the drinks cold for the night. The room was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was an exceptional room.

The only thing I have bad to say is that the key didn't work at first, but was taken care of right away.

The place was quiet. The breakfast was nice. They had a lot of amenities. The room was clean. I also had full control of the thermostat.

The location was really far out. The bed was a bit firm but not as bad as other places I've stayed. I also really dislike the whole ESG nonsense these companies are complying with. It's pathetic.

it looked clean and new. the room was huge which was so nice! bed was comfortable! lots of pillows which is so nice because we usually have to ask for extra pillows because I can’t sleep with one pillow.

the only thing was the door handle to the closet was broken and when we were trying to pay, the card reader wouldn’t take our card so that was a small hiccup. good thing we had another card!

the room was clean. the staff was friendly and it was nice to have DirecTv too. The location is close to I-20 without having too much traffic noise

The bed was too firm for my back. I wish hotels had reclining chairs to help guests who have back problems. The breakfast food options are minimal.
