Location was perfect for what I needed, the hotel was very clean and pleasant to be in. The bed was very comfortable, I liked the features of having an iron board and iron in the room as well as the lock box to keep my things locked away. The pool was freezing but very nice and clean as well. Overall thoughts, 10/10 for the price.

I didn’t like the pool being ice cold, not sure if it’s always like that considering it’s covered and enclosed. But possibly a temperature controlled pool would be ideal. Maybe I’m just exaggerating and it really wasn’t that cold but my sons lips turned purple when we got in the first time, needless to say we wish we could have taken advantage of having the access to a pool a lot more.

Can only say that my confirmed booking through Booking.com did not reach this hotel and when we arrived, were advised of this and that there was no availability - they were fully booked. The desk clerk was extremely helpful and directed us to Staybridge Hotel just across their parking lot where that hotel honoured the price we had been quoted through Booking.com for their IHG partner hotel. The Holiday Inn Express staff member can only be highly rated for her concern at our plight. The foyer area was very well presented - clean and bright and welcoming. Sorry I can’t comment anymore than this.

We stayed at this hotel due our flight being diverted to the city. It was pouring rain when we arrived by taxi and the lights went off for a few minutes. Even though the circumstances were not ideal, the staff was very friendly, the room was well kept, clean and not smelling.

The breakfast at Holiday Inn is a disappointment. Please improve the quality of bread! They are almost like plastic.

Polite and attentive staff, comfortable rooms and beds, clean, breakfast with a nice variety of food choices. Location is in the middle of a retail/restaurant area which we wanted, can walk to Panera Bread, gas station next door, easy stop for everything while traveling through.

Only negative was the pool was closed while we were there and I actually remembered my swimsuit.

everything room was very clean and bed very comfortable and it was the best hotel breakfast i have ever had. biscuits and gravy wonderful and the warm cinammon rolls were outstanding. multiple entrances was very nice and location was perfect-close to veerything. check in was easy and quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean hotel,nice location close to a lot of restaurants. Right down the street from the mall. Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning and did I mention delicious. Cheese and veggie omelets were my favorite. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Very quiet hotel if traveling on business.

modern clean quiet friendly staff. the breakfast had the largest and the most tasty selection. inlets gravy biscuits 2 types of sausage cereal yogurt cinnamon rolls muffins juice coffee and more. The lady tending the breakfast was a hard worker keeping everything clean neatly displayed. cleared our table of trash so that we didn’t have to. lots of people and NO dirty tables. she was kind and soft spoken. The best staff!

I loved the size of the room, I went in thinking this wasn't going to be the best hotel but when we got there everything was different from the 3 stars they have.

The only complaints are There was no hand soap in the restroom There was only one ice dispenser and no water dispenser. Other than that everything was fabulous!

Great parking, nice staff, clean/quiet rooms & super comfy beds. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

The GPS location was a little off so it kept taking me to the parking lots beside it but it wasn’t that hard to figure out so it’s not a big deal.

We found that the hotel exceeded what we were expecting. Our room was so clean. The location within the hotel was quiet. It is off a main highway so we new it might be loud. We easily recommend this HI.

Maybe better ventilation in the bathroom.
