When we checked in, the employee at the front desk was very welcoming and efficient. Our room was sparkling clean with absolutely no problems. The breakfast room was completely filled in the morning, yet the employee keeping the food stocked and the room clean, was keeping up with the crowd and cleaning each table as people left. We were truly impressed with the entire staff and the cleanliness of the location.

breakfast waas good for a free hotel breakfast. check in went very smoothly and gina was a wonderful first contact. very happy and welcoming.

i know this is being a little picky probably, but the ceiling height of the room was like 12 or 14 feet tall. the room was nice, comfortable and jsut fine, but the height of the ceiling really made the room feel kind of off for some reason.

well lit, good parking. very easy access from interstate. spacious accommodations

My stay was on 05/13/2023. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and patient. The lobby (front area) was very clean and welcoming. We stayed in the two room suite and it was awesome. It was very spacious and very very clean. The only problem is only one bathroom Lol!!! But it was the best. The breakfast was good and fresh. Great location

My only complaints was the staff (other than the lady that checked me in) wasn't all that welcoming. They wasn't rude but they wasn't just pleasant either

The room was amazing. It had a wardrobe big enough for my kids to play hide and seek in. The wardrobe had a safe that my daughter put her stuffed animals in, hilariously. The staff was polite and accommodating even when we were late for breakfast they put more batter in the pancake machine. They put us on the first floor close to a side door. Unsure if that was intentional but man it was a lifesaver.

The keys gave me a little trouble but that could've been my bad. $50 hold on my credit card still hasn't come off and I know we didn't damage anything. But it was a holiday weekend that could be the bank.

The A/C worked really well. Breakfast options were great. The employees were very courteous and fixed any problems we had. I like the 3 bed room option with plenty of room. Easy check-in and check-out.

I wish Holiday Inn Express was in a different location of the city.

It was all wonderful!! Great location, nice room, awesome breakfast, friendly staff. We've already decided that our next road trip to Longview we Will be staying again!!!

Perfect location for my high school reunion in Longview. Under an hour’s drive from SHV airport and just off I-20.

No microwave in room and no porcelain coffee mugs available.
