The check in was fast and the clerk was friendly. Everything looked clean and nice. The shower was amazing and the bed was clean and comfortable. They also had little shelves in the shower to put your shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. However, if you didn't bring any they have dispensers in the shower for Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash. they also had dispensers by the sink for Dove hand soap and body lotion. They also included a small Dove beauty bar to wash your face, makeup wipes and a shower cap. There was also a Keurig, a microwave and a fridge in our room.

When you open the mini fridge it wobbled to the side. The coffee brand was too bitter for me. It would have been better if they provided more or extra coffee creamer in the room.

The breakfast was really good. The food was cooked to perfection, hot, and plentiful. The lady handling the food & eating area kept it clean and was very friendly. Her name was Dee Dee. The beds, bedding & pillows were wonderful, and the room and halls were very clean.

The girls at the front desk were average - at best. They were the only people at the place that weren't stellar.

The bed was great, the location perfect, very clean and quiet

Plumbing problems at breakfast, 6 a.m., We needed to leave by 7 and could not wait, really disappointing, women at the front desk seemed not to care, never saw them smile and like it was inconvenient for us to even ask if about it at 6:20 a.m. A sign says 6:30 a.m.

Breakfast was great!!! Great staff and clean rooms. Easy smooth process. Only stayed one night, but my family and I were comfortable with the cleanliness of everything! Some IHGs are a hit and miss, but this one met our expectations. No bugs in the room either

Shout out to Dee Dee who made the most delicious breakfast I have ever had in a hotel and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Hotel is awkwardly situated and hard to get to due to construction in the area.

Very Clean and quiet. Rooms are up to date. Bed sleeps wonderful.

Surrounded Location doesn’t match how clean and beautiful the hotel looks. Breakfast- need to go back to drawing board. eggs taste like powder eggs, need fresh cracked eggs. Sausage - terrible choice.

The parking lot was very accessible and it was clean.

The actual location was kind of off the beaten path. It was like on a side street yet it was interstate accessible.

The room was very clean and set up was nice. The breakfast was good and fresh. I love that we had microwave and fridge. The staff was very pleasant and available.

Nothing to share that was bad, because everything about the hotel was good and accommodating.

The staff switched out the feather pillows…we are allergic th feathers! Breakfast was good. Best coffee that I’ve had in my extensive travels in the states.

I didn’t like that I didn’t receive any points for my expensive stay.
