Large room and the room was cleaned daily, Room lighting and furnishings were appealing to the eye. It did wonders to create a relaxing mood. The smart TV was nice so that we could use the Netflix app. My desk chair was broken but I had it replaced right away after calling the front desk. I also liked the restaurant/bar choices. I didn't have much time to enjoy it but it was nice to have it available, certainly something I would like to take an advantage of next time.

Breakfast was not very good. Limited, cold, and not very tasty. We tried it both days and were disappointed. I also think an elevator would be a great investment. I don't mind walking upstairs but I can see how many guests would be upset about not having one since the rooms are spread out. It makes for a lot of walking.

It is located just off I-20 with plenty of restaurants nearby. (Road construction is currently being done, but this is no fault of the property). There was more than adequate parking. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. We had excellent sleep despite our hectic schedule. The modernized rooms are very nice. All the employees were so cordial. The front desk customer service personnel (all three shifts) ranks among the best I’ve ever had at any hotel!

The refrigerator leaked and soaked the floor in first room we were assigned. We had to move to another room a few hours after we arrived. But this was only a hiccup since the incident was handled so well by staff and management.

Location was great. Easy on and off of freeway. Most of all the staff were just so professional! From the time we checked in until the morning we left, everyone we came in contact with was just so friendly, helpful and so nice to interact with. Your team really cares about what they do. Very modern and nicely decorated, good for the price

You can hear everything happening outside the room, and since pets are allowed I woke up to loud barking at 5 am, we could hear the tv and the people talking on the room next to ours. Something else that was weird was the attitude of the lady working at the reception desk, she was acting as if she was lounging at her living room, having personal conversations on loud (very loud) speaker on her phone in the middle of the restaurant area.

The young lady at the front desk went far beyond expectations in helping me solve a problem with accessing wifi. Kudos to her. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable with a great bed. Breakfast was very good and well maintained. It was a pleasure staying there, and will be staying there again when I pass through the area.

Every thing. It was so good for us the location the breakfast was excellent the bed was comfortable the hotel was totally clean and the lobby smelled so good.. There was a Golden Corral right across the street from my hotel the only thing that was wrong that I could see was the construction around the area that they was working on the streets that was the only negative thing that I can I can say

They were very accommodating, after a poor experience at another hotel in Shreveport. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The in house restaurant was a big Bonus, the selection on the menu was extensive and the service and food was excellent. The breakfast was just what I wanted, hot and available at 6:00 am.I will definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to object about at this hotel

We stayed one night at this hotel. It was the closest hotel that caught our eyes to our planned activities in the area. When we first entered the hotel, it has a very welcoming feel. It's very open and the color scheme of the furniture and the decor gave it a modern feel. We loved the room assigned to us. It wasn't carpeted which I like. When we entered our room, it smelled fresh and clean. We had coffee maker, microwave and fridge. We actually slept good! I liked the bed, not excessively firm.The area where our room was located was very quiet. Also, I liked that our room was pet free and smoke free 😁. Breakfast was good. They didn't have the items that we usually like for our breakfast but whatever they served was good enough. You will definitely get a good balanced meal with their selection 😋. The hotel has a restaurant so you don't really have to go anywhere if you feel lazy to go out. But if you do wanna go out to eat, there's plenty of restaurants close by. If we are in the area, we would definitely consider staying at this hotel.

Dogs barking 😬. It was short lived though. Glad they did not bark through the night!

Rachel was very nice during check-in. She even went as far as helping us upstairs with our bags. Very nice decor in the lobby and the bar area was a great addition to sit and enjoy a nice meal. The room was lovely and we enjoyed the breakfast there before checking out.

No stairs and highway noise.
