In our small town there are few hotels and few that are clean and nice. This is the best one, I'll recommend to everyone. Room was clean and nice and enduring worked right, reception was very friendly and helpful, smooth and quick getting into the room. We were desperate due to our a/c failing and they took us in immediately. When in Marshall only go to this hotel!

The room was clean; the bed very comfortable; the staff at reception was welcoming and helpful. We had only a one night stop but were very pleased with our choice.

Everything was fine - I cannot suggest an improvement

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and quiet the room was despite facing the road. Everything at this hotel exceeded my expectations in comparison to other hotels of this chain that I have stayed in.

From the time we pulled up to the front door, we were impressed. The landscaping is beautiful. When we walked in the front door you could smell how clean it was. The staff is very pleasant. Our room was so quiet, that was the best part. My husband loved the pillows so much, we bought four of them. They have a great breakfast as well.

The outside entry and decor inside was welcoming and homey. The front desk staff were kind and engaging.

There wasn't much room to walk between the bed and the ac unit.

Price for one night, the trim/lining of the pool tore the kids up.

Hotel was very clean, staff accommodating and pleasant. Beds very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Complementary breakfast had diverse offerings in food and beverages.

Front desk helped get us a good room away from elevator

The it conditioner as right by bed but it turned out to be quiet.

Breakfast was standard but plentiful. Same hot offerings every day which were tasty and fresh, but a little variety would have been nice.
