The staff were very friendly and understanding. Had room issues and they attempted to fix in a timely manner. Even gave us recommendations for places to eat. They were very accommodating with a bunch of basketball teams commandeering the facilities.

The damage to the floor- looked like water damage to the tiles. They were coming up and the blinds were broken, maintenance had to manually lower them because the device that was supposed to was broken.

I can always count on this location when coming to East Texas.

The front desk person upon check-in seemed bothered by something. She did ask what brought me into town, but then didn't say anything else after that. Also in my reservation it was stated that I (2) bed was preferred but yet I was booked into a King - she did correct this after I walked into the first room.

Bed was great, that’s always the main thing for me. Everything else was well kept and neat.

The breakfast could use a little upgrade on quality with the sausages and the egg omelettes and the pancakes, but otherwise everything was great.

Check in was easy and everyone was more than helpful. Manager, Haley was very helpful to see that we were comfortable. Tomeka had a fabulous breakfast ready for us each morning with her beautiful smile. She was excellent at keeping the entire breakfast area spotless.

Washer was notbworking

Breakfast was great. AC kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Beds were comfortable.

Tub was rusted which really looked scary. The lobby smelled bad, needs an air freshener. Side entrance did not open with the keycard. There was a huge water leak in the lobby hallway that they were using guest towels to soak up the water.

Iris was very nice and super helpful!! Rooms were ice cold!!!(this is the most important yo me).

Low water pressure in the sink. So low it would not even go into the sink. Just went all on the countertop. But…more importantly the water pressure in the shower was good!

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety to choose from. The whole place was clean and well kept.

Well run and busy hotel. Foid truck outside some days for workers as restaurants not walkable. Goid parking and breakfast excelkent.

Away from eateries, there are no bars in Carthage. Loop is a busy noisy road 24/7.

Very nice rooms and very comfortable.

The guest next to me were pretty loud all night long so we woke up a lot during our stay.

Breakfast was great, The room was perfect, roomy. The staff was great
