We had a staff member named Amber that was really nice. She made sure that there was always plenty of options to choose from and made us feel like we were in our own kitchen. The food was always warm and tasty. Amber checked on us consistently and made sure that the equipment was working properly and had a very friendly attitude. She made our grandkids feel safe as they sat and enjoyed their breakfast. She kept her area clean and inviting and greeted us with a smile every morning. She is a great asset to your company and deserves our many thanks for making us feel at home. You have a very strong welcome team in Summer and Ariana. They greeted us with a great welcoming smile that made us feel like they were glad to have us stay. They spoke with us daily and asked us how our stay was going and if there was anything that they could do for us. We can't express how much at home they made us feel. Even though we just met them, by the time it was time to go, we felt like we were leaving some new friends behind. They didn't just talk to us because it's part of their job, they really showed interest in how they could make our stay in the area more enjoyable by sharing information on places to visit. We were always greeted with good morning and welcome back did you have a nice day.

Even though you are building a strong team, the only down side is that housekeeping services were a little weak. The first day we were here, we had a great experience with how our room was kept. Unfortunately, the next several days we were having to take our own trash out and go downstairs to get our own towels etc. I did compliment the housekeeping supervisor on on the first day. I told her that whoever provided services on the first day was exceptional. It didn't go too well after that. I understand that the new staff are learning but they should at least try to get strong on the basics and build on that. It wasn't dirty, just weak on follow up.

The breakfast was fresh and very good.

My coffee was not replaced after I used it the first day. The 2nd morning I had to go down to the breakfast area to get coffee.

The breakfast was Good! Also liked that the Front Desk agent checked us in before 11:00am so we could leave our bags in ours rooms, & then head out to our Family Reunion.

Cleanliness on the carpet near 1st floor elevator and carpet on the 3rd floor.

Staff member at desk on arrival was very professional. Breakfast cook was nice and engaged in conversation with me. She asked me if everything was good.

rooms were clean the staff there was so so nice and helpful our tub got clogged up the last night we were there and the clerk ask us if we wanted another room we said no cause we had to ck out the next day and we had all got to shower before it happened but in any case she at least offered we will most definitely stay with them again Oh and the lady that made the breakfast on Saturday was amazing she was on top of everything there best breakfast we’ve had at any place we’ve stayed
