Beds were comfortable and the a/c was working great despite it sounding tough now and then. The breakfast was decent.

Although, we didn't use the sitting device in the bathroom shower, it did have some small hairs around the hinges. The sliding door to the bathroom doesn't allow for full privacy. Anyone (family or friend) standing at the handle can fully view the toilet or anyone undressing or coming out of the shower. The design of the bathroom door is terrible as it allows accidental views of anyone exposed inside. And there is no way to lock it for privacy either. Being that it was a family of four/two queen beds... Bathroom privacy is needed.

Good value with friendly service. Check in personnel were helpful and kind. We arrived after 8pm and he let us know immediately that if we wanted to eat out, most places closed at 9pm. We opted to walk across the road to the grocery to pick up some microwaveable pulled pork, a loaf of bread and a ready-made salad, and cookies to enjoy with the room's coffee. Breakfast the next morning was very good. While we don't always use waffle machines, we were intrigued by a pancake machine that we'd not seen in a hotel before, so we tested it out. The results were good, and the machine was amusing to watch in action!

As with many hotels, the things we don't like are often out of the control of the hotels, but probably CAN be influenced by the hotel management/chain in the future. Hwy 290 has a cross walk, which is burdened by road construction just now, but passable. We used our cell phone lights to ensure a bit more safety when we walked to and through the HEB parking lot across the road from the hotel. Drivers seemed to appreciate our extra effort too. It would be nice if Texas could figure out how to go beyond just cars, to better walkways, bikeways, and even save communities like Dripping Springs from becoming inhospitable due to poor infrastructural planning and miles of disconnected subdivisions with no bus, tram, or rail connections to Austin and beyond.

It was very clean. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and they kept it stocked, even when it was close to closing.

We asked for adjoining rooms and the property contacted us saying they would have to change the kind of room to make that happen and we said OK. When we got there, the rooms were all different floors, and the best they could do was about four rooms apart, why did they confirm adjoining rooms And have me change the room style then not deliver?

Room was clean but the hallway and elevator were not cleaned in a while. Does not make a good impression. Breakfast was good, staff friendly.

Surrounding was not cleaned for a while even there were cleaning in sight 😔 so sad about the bathroom. My children could not reach soap in bathroom due to hang up to high, even adults could use it without spreading soap on your body. There were electricity not professional fixed in bathroom. Part of pool was not useable because it looks disgusting. Should be more maintenance to fixed small issues then it would be nice again

The hotel is very nice and clean. Outdoor and indoor landscapes beautiful. Breakfast buffet very good with large variety to meet any person’s pallet including toddlers.

We had to leave early due to a medical emergency. We spoke with the ladies at the desk whom were very empathetic and willing to help us with luggage, etc. They also informed us to work with Booking.com through whom we scheduled the reservation stating they will refund our second night’s charges.

The location was perfect. Free parking. It was a very nice (free) breakfast with tons of offerings. The staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable

The "sliding" door to the bathroom didn't close completely & one of the rollers at the top got off track...but my husband is tall, so he put it back. This type of door did not provide complete privacy.

Breakfast was super, the food was really good, nice variety and very tasty. The nice lady kept everything clean and kept the food fully stocked. She really did a good job.

I loved the scenery and the people. Reggie In the breakfast area was the kindest and most Effexor t employee!

I did not like that my credit card was charged for the 50 conviemce fee before we left. It was not suppose to be charged h less there was a purchase added to room.

The hotel was very clean and a positive vibe once walking in, the desk clerk was so nice and very knowledgeable of the area, the rooms were a perfect size and extremely clean. We loved the Dove products in the restroom!! The breakfast had a very large selections and all the workers were so friendly.

Only issue we had was the pool turning green the night we stayed but management had someone out ASAP to work on it.

Excellent full breakfast included with the room. I liked the use of paper cups, rather than styrafome, for coffee. The room was spacious and able to accommodate 5. Backlit mirror in bathroom was nice. Beds were very comfortable with two pillows provided for each person, one soft and one firm.

Would like organic sugar option for coffee.
