Location was great. Did not eat breakfast. Munched on snacks. Would I stay here again? I might think twice. The fragrance that's hanging in the lobby and hallways is so thick and smells terrible.

Carpet was not clean. Our socks were dirty. Vent in the bathroom over the stool was filthy, the dust was a half inch thick. All of the Employees that we dealt with were very nice. One thing I absolutely hated was as soon as you walk in the door of the lobby you are hit with this thick awful smell. The fragrance was coming out the vents or somewhere. It nearly gags you. Its in the halls and thankfully not in the rooms.

So we LOVED the property, but booking.com (after spamming me all week with emails) didn’t even have me an actual booking at the hotel!! I was told by the manager this is a common issue with booking.com so warning everyone. Hotel is great and I got a better rate than booking.com but I would’ve been SO MAD to pay more or worse, not have any rooms available had they been sold out.

I didn’t like that booking.com confirmed my reservation and sent me no less than 4 emails about rental cars and things to do, but didn’t bother actually getting my reservation to the hotel….

Way clean and modern and very quiet! Loved having a mini fridge AND a microwave. Just needed a place to stay for one night while checking out Dripping Spring and this was a good spot. It was a 10 minute walk to the historic downtown (very small) and as easy Uber hub for some distillery visits.

Great location! Close to wineries, restaurants and shopping. Rooms were large - all space designed efficiently . Micro and coffee pot user friendly at a height for easy access. Bed was extremely comfortable. The Bistro food was delcious and freshly prepared. The staff were all delightful and helpful.

Nothing- it was one of the best Marriott properties we have ever stayed in.

The Bistro breakfast was very good. My avocado toast with a small side of kale was delicious as was the French toast with strawberries that my spouse renjoyed. The weather was lovely in the early morning so we ate out on the patio. The Courtyard Marriott has a lovely setting for eating and conversation.

Receptionist was friendly but her appearance did not look professional. Messy bun, sweatshirt, jeans. I couldn't tell if her shirt had a logo on it. No name tag.

No continental breakfast. Even cheaper hotels have one.

Friendly helpful staff - squeaky clean - extra bath towels - GREAT coffee - laundry, pool, wonderful gym and capacchino & lots of breakfast options -

Great area. Close proximity to everything.

I thought the front desk was short staffed as they also had to work the bar. It was a very busy weekend with several wedding parties & it seemed overwhelming to the staff.

Amazing value for money, silent rooms, Starbucks in the hotel

Nothing special, maybe the A/C unit in the room could make a bit less noise

I liked the location and the room was nice

I left a dress and jacket in the closest. My fault but I didn't hear anything about them being found.
