The front desk concierge was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with

The toilet didn't flush but luckily we only stayed 1 night. In addition I didn't realize the rooftop venue would be closed for a private event the evening we were staying. I would have appreciated if this information could be provided to 3rd party sites such as this one instead of only just having that information in the hotesl own site

I really liked the costumer service and it is in a great location. The staff is very responsive and they are really nice! The facilities are clean and they have a rooftop bar that you will definitely enjoy! Excellent customer service! I also loved the view from my room. It was magnificent and we were able to kind of get away from the city!

The scent in the lobby is so strong that you can taste it in your mouth. A lot of the guests were talking about the strong scent and my suggestion is to keep that in mind for the guests that have sensitivities to scents. It was so strong and overpowering.

Always great to stay at this place. The breakfast lady Sue is super nice. Warning though sometimes you can here the steps and sounds above you. Other than that a great place to stay. Beautiful scenery!

The room was clean and the hotel was in a convenient location to the venue I was visiting. The price was reasonable for the brand and the accommodations at the hotel.

my room was clean but the toilet seat was not screwed on properly. It was very loose and I nearly fell off the seat when using the toilet in the middle of the night. I informed the staff at checkout and they assured me that it would be fixed for the next guest.

The property is beautiful and in great location.

No major issues, but on first checking into the room I did notice a stain on my sheets and had to have them changed. Staff was very accommodating and quick to have this done for me.

The property was clean and quite. It offered open balcony space to sit and enjoy morning coffee quietly. The pool was lovely. The location was great! The Marigold Market (coffee was great, but I like a little coffee with my cream😊) and several restaurants are in walking distance.

The hotel is in a beautiful location not too far from downtown, and is also close to a small strip center in case you don’t want to travel too far. The hotel is very modern and clean with super friendly staff that were incredibly helpful.

We very much enjoyed this hotel and the proximity and ease of getting to the hill country as well as central Austin! We had both our dogs with us and really appreciated being able to have the ground floor to let them out and that there was some green space for them to use! The room was relatively spacious for two people and two large(ish) dogs and clean!

This is a very nice property. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance (same shopping center) plus a coffee shop and a convenience store. The rooftop open air bar has great views.

Modern rooms, comfy bed, quiet area, easy check-in. Delicious but pricey breakfast.

Felt a bit pricey given the location and that the breakfast was not included in the room fee.
