The staff was curteous and responsive. All facilities were clean and relatively new. The fitness facilities met our needs. Breakfast was good. Location was great and our room had a nice view of the lake.

There was one bathroom light that flickered and needed to be replaced, but we knew that would not be feesible while we stayed, but we had them take note of it, and I am confident they will fix it.

This is an incredible facility to stay at. Clean and scenic. It may be 15-20mins from downtown FW but absolutely great facility and location.

My only con is that upon arrival there was no one at the front desk. After 5 mins of waiting a kind gentleman came out and apologized for the wait, since they’re having team lunch. Seems a bit inefficient but I don’t mind much.

Breakfast was good. Easy access to rooms. Staff was very friendly. Room was roomy. Did have a leaky shower that dripped continuously on the floor drain , but I closed bathroom door and did not effect my sleep.

You could think about installing a safe so that I could feel confident that my valuables would not come up missing.

From check-in to breakfast to check out everything was terrific! The staff is always welcoming and friendly ~ they never fail to make sure we have water when we check in and when we check out! We really enjoy this place!

We checked in on Sunday evening, and the staff person on duty was absolutely the best. Called us by name, welcomed us back ~ we stay at this location quite a bit. She was the best! Breakfast area was clean and there were lots of choices. Everything tasted great!

Myra was great, I informed her of a tiny issue and she came up & checked it out, didn't get it to work and immediately with no hesitation she changed my room. Lucrida (housekeeping) was AMAZING and SUPER SWEET! Loved her vibe. Breakfast was good and ladies kept everything super clean.

My husband really loves the little cinnamon rolls at Holiday Inn Express. So he always complains about breakfast at Fairfield because they dont have them there, but i think your breakfast is better than holiday inn express.

The receptionist when we checked in on Saturday afternoon, December 16, was EXCEPTIONALLY nice. She was welcoming and made sure that we were all set before we went up to our rooms. FANTASTIC ~ I did not catch her name, I am sorry to say.

Really, all was great!

Breakfast is always great. The staff who services the breakfast is friendly and always adding items when things get low.

Everything was great ~ NO COMPLAINTS!

Hotel was clean. Amenities were awesome. Close to all the shopping we did. Still Close enough to the zoo. The elevators were working.

Price. A little too high.
