Several family members in different rooms; we enjoyed the stay here. The hotel is close to shopping and various dining options. It is close to major highways but in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are a nice size and clean. The check-in/check-out staff were very nice and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Entire staff is friendly.

I liked that the really nice. I’ve stayed at some not so nice and creepy like hotels so this one was absolutely worth it !

The location was great for what we needed. The event was only 2 minutes away, with plenty of food close by. I didn't have my IHG card with me and the woman at the front desk found my account and gave me my number and added my points.

It was good. I wish there had been grated cheese to add to the scrambled eggs. The bacon was good and I like the cinnamon roll and decaf coffee.

I would have liked a full length mirror in the room so I could have used it while the bathroom was being used.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfy.

The room is big and clean. The bed is comfortable. Enough pillows.

The ice machine right opposite to my room was too noisy. It attracted people even after midnight. Those customers were too loud. They need to respect other customers ' right.

Tub was dirty. When my grandson took a shower there was soap scrum floating in water from previous use. Carpets not cleaned behind a chair. Beer cap found on carpet when I had to plug in pole lamp. Didn't see staff next morning changing sheets in other rooms vacated. I wonder if fresh sheets placed on beds for next set of people.

Location is quiet safe. Erika is a very sweet person. Very professional and kind. Errol made sure my room was clean and gave me extra towels and shampoo with a smile. He is the nicest housekeeper I've ever met. Thank you!
