Arrived very very late because of a mix up mix up. The gentleman that created me not only was accommodating but waved the pet fee for my puppy.

The room I was staying in had just been renovated. The television didn't work. I just think they forgot to set it up. But it was a beautiful room

The front desk requires a $20 cash deposit before they will issue a key. They refused to provide the customer with a receipt of the cash deposit.

Deposit was in cash. Luckily I kept a $20 in cash as emergency fund. I probably would have been turned away. However, the hotel staff forgot to give me my cash when I checked out. I remembered about my deposit after I was back home in New Caney, Texas. I asked the hotel to mail my deposit to me on check. The reply I received was that they don't mail deposit in check; I have to get it in cash. It is inconsiderate for them to ask me to drive or fly 500 miles to get my $20 in cash deposit. Can booking.com refund my $20.00 by deducting it from my payment?

Room had a jacuzzi tub in room. TV reception was good

The office staff were rude! Room was supposed to have a king size bed with jacuzzi. It had a full size bed at best that was Hard and Uncomfortable! I had to clean the jacuzzi tub and bathtub as they were both disgusting!

Plenty of hot water for shower.

The location is not a safe place for a woman traveling alone. There is no terrace or garden view, And I had to go buy my own towels as the hotel only provided hand towels.
