Location is not so great, near a power station, but the hotel is beautiful. Wifi not that great on the 3rd floor. Good warm breakfast. We would stay there again

The lady at the front desk is a discrase for this nice hotel. Being friendly, even greeting new guests is too much for her. She moves her +++ body to the bench outside and starts smoking with her sweets and her mobile loud on a music program. I came outside to smoke a cigarette and she did not offer me her seat. No the guest can stand and the staff sits is her policy. Later that evening I saw her sitting on a balcony of one of the rooms near the pool. Loud music, smoking and eating. We stayed there 2 nights and her attitude did not change and so did her t-shirt with the words: "Happy new Year". If that lady is the calling card for your compagny, please get rid of her!

Comfortable beds & clean sheets.

We stay a couple times a month & normally cleaned, but this time, we could tell the furniture had not been wiped & there was sticky stuff on the tables. Normally, not like that. The room we had this time, the thermostat would turn off or change temp settings so the heater was on the whole time. We had to crack the balcony door to try & vent the room.

The suite was nice and clean, and equipped with the essentials for a brief stay. The breakfast was decent and included options such as eggs, bakery, and pancakes. It's not mentioned in the amenities but the suites do include both microwave and coffee maker. For a short stay and reserving with such a short notice, I'd say it was totally worth the price. The location is just a 30 minute bus ride from the Dickies Arena, and the bus stop is just in front of the hotel so it's convenient if you need to attend an event there.

During the day there are occasional flights that pass near the building so it can get loud. Also the walls are not very thick so you may hear guests when they arrive late at night (earplugs recommended if you're a light sleeper). Staff had an indifferent attitude but they did their job so I can't complain too much.

Loved everything. When the room l selected wasn't ready, they quickly gave me a room l liked much better. Clean linens and good breakfast. Hot shower. Great pool. Contactless checkout was quite beneficial, so l could get to my mtg early. This is a first for me: The price was amazing.

The sink faucet leaked, but that's an easy fix. There were some flying insects, but the desk clerk responded immediately, resolving that issue. The only thing l didn't like was the roller shade over the window was blackout, so it made the room either dark or totally transparent for everyone to see in. It would be nice to have some translucent window treatments. Again, that's an easy fix. Not a deal breaker.

I was very please with everything except the cleanliness of the room appearing most beautiful yet Lil bits of evidence revealing is was not well detailed. Clothing tags in random place (under chair, beds edges), dirty water came from coffee pot, and towel to wipe up water in bathroom floor pretty dirty from the corners and edges. The dead bolt to the outside pool view atea justvspyn in a circle.... unsettling as a single mom and my young teen. BUT! The beds and pillows are amazing!! & The location, hospitality, FULL BREAKFAST, amenities, and cozy vibe was well worth another visit in the future. BTW whoever checked the Lil frig In 107 this morning, I hope you Enjoyed our awesome Buccees sausage on a stick 😅 we left so early, forgot it. 4/5⭐️

Mostly the spinning Fake dead bolt lock to the outside balcony. Ground level..right by exit door.. ....with countless homeless or random people in every direction roaming around. That above all, was less than satisfactory for me.

a really lovely welcome by the check in guy. He was a real pleasure and set a good tone. it's very sad how rare a pleasant, welcoming, happy staff member is! room was exactly what we needed as a family of 5. highly recommend staying here.

As soon as the staff saw us enjoying the pool area they brought fresh towels. The cost was a big surprise only $103 for the night. After we left and we're halfway into Oklahoma I realized I left my gold earrings on the bedside table..oh no. My first thought was 'well I can kiss those goodbye' but as we continued driving I told my daughter call the front desk. And to my amazement the cleaning staff turned them in. Thank you!

The only two drawbacks were the strong smell of pinesol as we entered the room, and the elevator had a musty moldy smell.

Wonderful price/value, great employees, comfortable large room (we stayed in the King Balcony Room, which opened up to the pool and had an archway between the work/hangout space and the sleeping area), close to restaurants/gas stations, short drive to downtown, and great, quiet location. Would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast varied daily (which I did enjoy), but some days the choices were rather bland.

Ilike the warm breakfast, the cleanliness, the comfy pillows, and close access to the freeway.

The female older white lady staff was very short with me (cold / unfriendly) when she assissted in checking me in to the hotel at night. During the day, the counter was often left unattended. Then everytime I went up there to ask for assisstance, the staff did not show up right away. They made guests wait / stand around for more than 5 minutes.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here. We will continue to stay here. The location is great for us and breakfast offers a variety breads, cereals, hot foods, fruit, and waffles. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. We come in from west of DFW and its an easy location to get to. In town we use public transportation. There is a bus stop about a block away. There’s a good pizza buffet place on the corner too. This trip, we rode the bus to the Fort Worth Cross Station and boarded the Trinity Express Railway. We exited at Victory in downtown Dallas which is a short walk to the American Airlines Center. I think the Dallas Stars play there. We visited the Perot Museum for the 2024 Eclipse. There really is so much to do and see with easy access it all. The airport is close. We stopped in downtown Fort Worth on our return trip and explored there. There was a Kennedy memorial on both sides of our trip. The regional rail pass was $30/day for two adults and two kids. Apple maps gives great public transportation options and a Uber/Lyft is never more than a few minutes away. Lots of door dash options too.

There was a strong urine smell in the room. I have a feeling someone’s pet pee’d in the room. We were able to open the door and air it out some. They gave us Lysol, and when they cleaned the second day they treated it and the smell was gone. We had stripped the beds to see if they were okay, and the beds were fine. There was a waterproof cover, mattress pad, and clean bedding on both beds. I did request a rollaway bed and they replied yes they would have one for us in the app, but they said no when we arrived. I was dismissed when I tried to ask about the app message. Since there were 4 of us, we made it work. The room was not big enough for a rollaway anyway.
