I loved the location, it was so close to great places to eat and shop. The staff was super great, very friendly and helpful, housekeeping was super sweet and very thorough with cleaning. It was a great experience.

It was hard to see out the windows and my blankets had stains on them but they're white so any stain is going to show up I'm sure. It was a little pricey. The light by the door kept turning itself on and off, I'm not sure why but if it haunted that doesn't bother me, I ain't afraid of no ghost lol

Staff was friendly and remembered the reason for our stay and made it a point to ask how things were going. Check-in was easy.

We had the king room with the pull-out couch, and even though the bed was made up, they did not have any pillows in the closet or any at the front desk. Might be something to mention for travelers with kids who will be sleeping on the pull-out couch.

Room was very nice & clean. Breakfast was very good. Front Desk ladies were very friendly I thot i was reserved at the 1 20 Forrest Hill location. Upon arrival i learned the I 30 location held my reservation. I 20 staff was helpful to clear up the confusion. I 30 staff were very welcoming after this mix up.

It was a little difficult to get tp from south fort worth It was easy to get to from I 30

I had an emergency and the Maid was so concerned and worried she was compassionate everyone was very kind about my service dog first place I stayed no one hassled me

I wish the hot tub had later hours I need to soak it’s part of my condition I was to late to soak n ended up in full muscular flare up n was taken to hospital I have fibromyalgia

It was nice and clean. Very nice employee staff. Checking in and out was a breeze.

On last night of my stay May 13th. Me and my girlfriend couldn’t sleep because the fire alarms were going off at odd random hours. Until we walked down to lobby and worker informed us that someone had burned popcorn in their room. It was just a bad night sleeping.

Construction made it hard to get in and out of the hotel. Too many kids in the pool and hot tub unsupervised to let anybody else. Enjoy it. You should have a cut off time for children and have just an adult time for the pool and the hot tub and all children that come and stay with their parents need to be supervised at all times

I asked the front desk clerk for housekeeping not to clean our room because I always clean up myself except for changing out towels for fresh ones. Housekeeping cleaned our room as well as moved our personal items around. Otherwise everything was great!

Breakfast was wonderful . The luggage carts were a big help. The little store where I could buy toothpaste and a toothbrush was a bonus. My favorite was the sweet young lady who checked me in and was very kind when I really needed some kindness & patience

The rug, especially under the bed was not clean.

Rooms were clean and comfortable!

Breakfast was a little lackluster and limited in options compared to other La Quintas we have stayed in. The room was cold when we returned from our event and we turned on the heat, but it was terrible smelling and we had to turn it off.

Breakfast was great. Under the bed I found an empty water bottle, candy wrappers, dust and a somebody else’s sock
