The hotel is very clean on the inside and out and comfortable. The breakfast has a good selection of items.

The location is not in the best part of Fort Worth. This area does have a larger group of homeless or transient people. Make sure you do not leave anything in your vehicle and be aware of your surroundings. As I was loading my luggage to leave a homeless lady came up behind me and began yelling at me that I had been in the hotel with her husband and demanding to know my name. It was a scary confrontation as a female traveling alone.

Brekkie was great. Room was comfy and had all the basic amenities you would expect.

It is not a problem with the hotel, but with Booking dot com. The website made it sound like the room had separate bedrooms, which is what we wanted bc we enjoy our separate spaces as much as our together time. So that was annoying. Please change the description to match the reality of the room. The hotel was awesome for the price, but this website is kinda janky.

Breakfast was a good, standard complimentary breakfast. Lovely beds that had some flat pillows! Most hotels give you the cloud bricks, but not everyone sleeps with those at home! Loved the swan towel, nice touch.

I know it may or may not happen, but I did put a request for a picture to be placed in my room and it wasn't. But hey, that's a 50/50 at best, so it didn't really adversely affect my experience at the hotel.

Breakfast was great, lots of hot and cold options. Staff was super friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. Great location. Just 12 minutes to the zoo.

Only issue was not enough towels and that's not a bad issue by any means. Family of 5 and only 3 towels in room. Hated to have to ask for extra but stayed a few nights. Again, not a real issue. Loved the stay.

I like that the room was so big. Had two queen beds and a sofa bed. Wish the tv had more channels lol.

Didn’t like that there was a bunch of randoms that hung out in the back by the cars. Kept me up even tho I reported it to management. They handled it. Just still had a feeling so I kept checking out of the window just to make sure everything was ok and they where gone. And wish the pool was running. Told my kids I would take them swimming and the pool was out. Not sure why.

Aboutthe house keeping exactly the lady in the kitchen on the breakfast time she’s so rude… she was cleaning the trash and it was empty so I just trow some food away and she complain like ayyy noo ayi no omg 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ I was like im sorry you just empty the trashcan 😩😩 I mean I guess they have to be more respectful and nice

Smelled cleaned. Well lighted. Comfortable mattress. Friendly staff. Breakfast was a surprise, not many places offer egg whites. The biscuits were delicious and tasted homemade.

Everything was comfortable my grandson actually slept in the bed lol see he's autistic and he likes to sleep in the floor at home. But he actually slept in the bed.We were very surprised and happy

We moved from California to Louisiana, this is one of our stops. Check in was easy. We got there and went straight to our room to sleep. We did have a toddler running around and were put on the 4th floor so the people below us were not happy. But we put him to sleep quickly and had a good nights sleep. Breakfast the next morning was great also.

Clean and smelled fresh.

The bed mattress was higher off the ground than I am used to. Being a senior, I had to “hop” into bed and be careful getting out of bed because my feet didn’t touch the ground when sitting on the side of the bed.
