The hotel is only 10 minutes from Dickies Arena, where we were going for the Conan Gray concert. I loved that the room has a lot of space to put your belongings or to work from (a desk beneath the TV and a little desk so you can work from the couch). The toilet and shower are separate from the sink for the bathroom, which I also enjoyed. The bed was big and comfortable.

Unfortunately there must have been an issue with the water heat, because when I tried to take a shower no matter how far I turned the nozzle, it was still cold, so I couldn't take a shower. The hallways were also warm and humid compared to the lobby and the room we stayed in. That's not a really big deal, but it's a little annoying.

Everything about it was good

But I don't think that I will be going back cause they stole money off my card and say that I will get my $115 back and depends on my bank well my back didn't know anything about a refund coming back to me they took money off my card and the girl that was working the front desk last Sunday told me that I will get that back haven't yet I work hard for my money for peoples to take it off my card will not be going back at all I will be getting my money back that's a promise and kelp charging me for stuff didn't make any sense

-The front desk staff was really helpful and got me checked in fast and went above and beyond checking that everything was ready for me since I arrived a little early. -Convenient access for solo traveler without a car. There are three buses that stop right in front of the property, one of which goes downtown Ft Worth directly to Central Station. -Really great-looking lobby and dining room area. -There was a small misunderstanding about a rate change towards the end of my reservation and the manager on duty, Ben, was kind enough to address my concern and quick to look into it in a professional manner. -Wi-Fi was fast and super consistent.

-Lack of a business center.

I thought breakfast was very good. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that offered bacon! I stayed 2 nights, sausage the first morning and BACON the second, I was pleased 😋

My daughter and I were stuck in an elevator for about 3 or 4, which scared my daughter and gave her a little anxiety about the elevators.

The bathroom door slides fell in my hand two times when I closed and opened it detached from the wall hurt myself twice

The bathroom door was coming off from the wall it slide and and each time I went closer it and try to open it the door came out was very heavy hubbie had to come and get it off of me and put it back. Was very inconvenient and hurt my arm and hand.

Room size great. Breakfast delicious. Staff friendly and helpful. 24 hour coffee helped me work late!

Tile in vanity area cracked. I understand remodeling is going on but I was in shower in afternoon and the water temp went from comfy to very hot and wouldn’t change. Had to turn it off then on. Finally it stayed ok. As soon as I got out I heard loud noise then water pressure dropped to a trickle…then heard sawing. After a bit water pressure returned to normal. Contractors should ALWAYS check w front desk before working on adjoining rented rooms and someone needs to call the occupants to notify. I’d be furious if water went off with shampoo in my hair!

The people at the front desk was superb n kept very clean

The girl working at the breakfast time didn't know where the sugar was so she took it from the front entrance She didn't know how to use the waffle iron n the breakfast was very thrown together

The front desk people were amazing. They were friendly and eager to help with anything I might need. They made me feel like I was family.

There was nothing to dislike.

Breakfast

The room was to hot, the door to go into the pool was hard to open. No towel on the pool area. Also there were people coming in thru the pool doors. The pool had to much chlorine.

Staff accomodated my reqyested room change. All staff was extremely ciurtious and attentive. Location was perfect and the room perfect.

Wish the breakfast had mire hot options other than breakfast sandwiches. Would have been nice to have fresh scrambled eggs, potatoes and meat.
