Room cleanliness

Pool should be open 24 hours for adults, especially during 100+ weather. I feel it's part of the amenities included with the room and imposing a curfew is discriminatory and condescending for those adults who choose to take a swim after children have had the run of it during daylight hours until tired and are then tucked away to bed. This curfew is policy for most hotels, but needs to change. Quality Inn should take the lead in offering this courtesy exclusively to it's adult guests. The idea is to have fun away from home, right?

I love the quietness of the location. I love the fact that view was pretty amazing. The housekeeping staff was really good and through. The person who checked me in was super nice.

The fact that I had to pay a security deposit after I had already book my room online. I didn't like the fact that my door had lol like some body ramed into it and the cold was getting in.

I've stayed at your hotel numerous of ti.e and I have never had any problems.

I do understand that there is a deposit fee but $100 on top of what I paid for the room is alittle too much. My room was $77 and then the $100 deposit. The deposit amount is my only complaint. Please add that to your website so people will know in advance.

Easy access to areas around town. Clean and tidy.

Entryways were very sloped. Scraped the underside of my car multiple times. 3rd floor water pressure could have been better. TV is quite small for the room.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

There were some people who were at the pool past closing time which is fine but they were extremely loud and obnoxious.

Room was nice & clean. No foul oders or sticky carpets. Had to do some laundry which they have a washer/dryer room with soaps available. Pretty quite really especially with busy expressway close.

We couldn't get a downstairs room but it wasn't a terrible because they had an elevator up to 2nd floor.

The rooms were clean

It was not stock. Had to asked for toilet paper .the night clerk wanted the empty roll for proof. Breakfast was S Was limited to one ceral and waffle iron.

Rooms are good and updated

Breakfast a lot to be desired. Had to stand in line to make a waffle. Cereal selection was minimal. No toast or bagel offered just a waffle. Did have apple and cuties for fruit. Orange and apple juice. Also coffee.

Clean room

Breakfast cut off time to early and not much of a selection there’s another hotel next door that offer a much better menu. Also there seems to be strange activity going on with no sign of security on site on the left side of the hotel.

Property was fine, the time it took me to get there was 3- 4 hrs later . You owe me $27.33 dollars toward the new reservation. The other one was not accepted.
