The location is excellent for my needs. Handy to the hospital where my family member is at. Facilities are clean and things are operating well. The breakfast is sufficient , I suppose, but no real sources of protein. ( Other than milk, which everyone cannot drink and maybe the yogurt) Just, at my age, I need balance. Otherwise everyone has been nice, helpful and no real problems. Thanks!

Well just breakfast lacking sufficient protein. ( Last stay, the ice machine went down, but thankfully fixed when I came back in 3 days)

the cleanliness and the price on hotel- which is usually all I require on Baseball trips!!!!

-very limited breakfast. waffles available and syrup available- no butter. splenda and creamer available for coffee- no sugar or milk. cereal available and packaged danishes. -Unable to provide family with extra blankets -limited towels in room -younger gentleman that waited on us 2 of our visits was somewhat curt and rude

That the desk clerk that checked me in was sitting in breakfast area with shoes off & feet up on table that ppl may have to sit an eat Also when I checked out I told the clerk that one of the lights didn't work and the shower curtain was nasty now that's something yall need to up grade on

Great location, clean room. Streets under construction but no problem getting to hotel. Comfortable bed. Good price. Will stay there again when through Huntsville. Restaurants were plentiful nearby. Hotel was far enough off the highway to be quiet and peaceful.

Other than the road construction, and the TV in the room hung a little crooked, I had no concerns with the room.

Breakfast was 2 choices of dry cereal, instant oatmeal packets, waffles, bread, yoghurt, packaged danish, coffee and juice. No protein. Bananas also.

Needed variety in breakfast. No cups for waffle batter or syrup. The pool could have been cleaner.

Friendly staff. Good coffee. Clean inside and outside. Well lit parking lot. Very convenient to major roadway. Great price bending machines.

We had a trailer so we parked near the dumpster, which was great, but our room key wouldn't allow us access to the buildings back doors. We had to walk outside at night to the front side doors.

I was surprised at how clean the hotel was. Check in was quick and easy. Even the parking lot was spotless. The breakfast was good. Location was good, easy on/off the highway. Bed very comfortable and the hotel was very quiet. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was for the price. I thought it was an exceptional value.

This is by far the most handicap accessible 2 or 3 star hotel I've stayed at in Huntsville! The parking lot was very flat and even. All the ramps were very much in compliance with ADA specifications and were very easy to go up and down in a manual wheelchair. The entire property has hardwood floors, so it is very easy to rollate over. There is no additional drag from thick carpet like at most budget hotels. Also, there was an elevator! All the rooms are accessible from the interior of the building. So it's nice to know that even if there wasn't a handicap room available, a disabled person could still easily access rooms on either floor. There were no automatic doors, but the main entrance was pretty easy to access. However, the side doors are very heavy and fairly difficult to go through. The handicap room with two queens wasn't overly spacious, with a lot of the floor area taken up by two beds but was sufficient to move around with in a full-size wheelchair. The bathrooms, on the other hand, were very spacious and wheelchair accessible. Once again, just like the common areas, the entire room is hardwood floors. As a final note, the parking lot was extremely well lit at night. I had no issues with anyone tampering with my truck or ice chest in the bed.

The only negative to the whole experience is that I booked a king handicap. When I got to the property, the clerk informed me they had sold out of the king handicap rooms, and he was putting me in a double queen handicap room. I'm not sure if this was a problem on bookings side or the hotel side. My guess is they sold my room type to someone else either, not thinking I would actually show up or that I wouldn't mind the room type change. My suggestion would be to call the property ahead of time and to make sure they block your room type. Having the extra bed in the room was a hindrance because it took up a lot of floor space. Also, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. It was very much akin to sleeping on a futon with a thin mattress.

Passing through this was a last minute stop after a long day. Standard kinda budget place but nice sized rooms, easy check in, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Can't ask much more than that. Overall we enjoyed out stay.

No complaints, larger towels would be good though.

I chose this hotel for the convenient location near to the interstate and HUNTSVILLE - the latter is 2 hours east of AUSTIN and about the same north of HOUSTON - the hotel is quiet, clean and the room was a very good size with private parking outside. There are a couple of restaurants nearby with one a walking distance if you fancy and what looked like a fast-food bar if you fancy but I did not try this. The hotel is approximately 10 mins from the Sam HOUSTON Museum (recommended) and the same for the TEXAS prison museum (also recommended) - the hotel is great value for money
