Everything was nice. I don't agree with the $10 parking a night and my room wasn't clean. I found a blue straw under our bed, which we didn't have. And the bottom of our feet was super dirty. That means they didn't mop or sweep.

Also. The landmark restaurant. Wayy to many spiders. One was on my table and the other was on my son. Maybe they could spray.?

From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were blown away by how CLEAN everything was. Corey, the clerk at the front desk, was very helpful, and helped us fine tune our reservation. (I was a bit rusty.) He told us everything we needed to know, pointed out how to use our bracelets (instead of keycards), and told of us all the venues on property. Our room was FANTASTIC. SPOTLESS, not even ONE dust mote anywhere. The TV was going, playing Jimmy (yay) and we were very pleased with all the creature comforts the suite had to offer. The Keurig was an especially nice touch! The bathroom was huge, the bed was ginourmous, and the shower was exquisite. My favorite thing about the bathroom though.. THE FIXTURES! THE FAUCET HANDLES WERE WHALE TAILS!!! Well... almost exquisite. (See below) We didn't hear any outside noise... course, we were 14 floors up, so outside noise wasn't an issue at all, but we didn't have any noisy fellow guests or neighbors, either. We ate at the LandShark Bar & Grill; the food was wonderful, the drinks were yummy, and the Key Lime Pie dessert was *chefs kiss*. The Joe Merchant Coffee Bar's breakfast buffet was well stocked and delicious. And the gift shop.... well, I didn't spend as much money there as I usually did on merch at Jimmy's concerts, but then, we did go to the Key West Margaritaville AND the Nassau Bay, Bahamas Margaritaville resort back in December, so there wasn't very much left for me to buy! Check out was easy, the lobby was a bit crowded but that's to be expected.

Complaints are very minor... two towels for two people? Not enough. Most women need at least two for themselves, men can use just one. We generally have more hair on our heads to deal with! And our shower head, while it looked heavenly... it either needed replacement, or at least a good treatment with CLR. It leaked more water out the sides than it put out. And my husband said we needed more sugar with the coffee maker...of course, he's got a major sweet tooth, so that might just be him.

I liked the license to chill bar, we ate there a couple times. The pools were nice & we had a great time. We rented multiple things from Einsteins boat shop. It's nice that just about anywhere on the premises we could charge something to the room & not carry around a wallet

The sign in the lobby just says breakfast between this time with an arrow pointing outside. Then there were no signs outside showing where to go & everyone was confused & trying to walk through a locked door (when the entrance was into the conference building). The fact that everyone pays so much to stay there, then breakfast was not even that good, & surprised people that you had to pay. The shower in the room sucks, no pressure with a rain shower, & was very dingy.

Clean, staff friendly! Cade was exceptional. Very attentive and Kind. Made our trip memorable. Carson the valet assistant was so kind, recommended a great place for crawfish.

I didn’t like not being able to notify the golf cart shuttles when we returned on site. It was a nice walk though. Also didn’t like the limited breakfast item/ variety

We really enjoyed the staff and location. We also enjoyed the pool and the staff supporting the pool. We had a great time at the hotel.

I really enjoyed our stay the room was not as clean as we would have liked. There was food on the patio and the room was not swept. Hopefully that was just a one time concern. We plan to visit again. The valet was a bit of a issue but it was worked out. It took time to get our car coming and going. We wish there was more to do for adults but we love the family friendly vide.

Margaritaville lives up to its billing as a place to chill. Very relaxing vibe with a staff that will do anything to ensure your comfort. They bring around trays of water, extra towels to the pool, drink refills etc. Their activities desk has all the minigolf clubs and pickleball racquets our reunion group of 8 needed. Rooms are bright and spotless. Food was good, cocktails were strong, waterpark was great fun for the kids.

The place was crowded and with good reason. However, with taxes, resort fees, etc the price rises rapidly over the basic room rate. Also, the elevators in the main tower are very slow around checkin and checkout times.

The entire resort was a vibe and nice. Staff and guests were very nice. It was really clean and fun. We will definitely be going back soon. Only downfall is that the food at all of the on-site restaurants were “ok”. Our expectations were maybe too high but each day the benefit of the doubt kept going out the door. I believe that for such a place it should have way better quality food. It was mediocre. Also the AC in the building itself was not so good on all days we stayed. Even the elevators remained HOT! If you weren’t in your room it was a miserable feeling.

The food was not good at all!!!! We were wondering why we kept seeing full plates left at tables. We finally got the chance to see for ourselves. The quality, seasoning and brand of food were NASTY. The taco fish sandwiches taste like fish sticks. The brisket nachos were a miss- they had movie theater chip and not enough cheese on them. Cheddar cheese needs to be used. Not velvetta. And the AC within the bldg itself and the elevators had bad circulation or either they were turned up too high to conserve billing. Each day was the same. It never got better in regards to food/bldg AC.

this was our first time visiting resort. very impressed with everything. enjoyed ourselves very much.

Signs for restaurants could be better placed. OR better yet at check in staff could give a quick run down of the restaurants that are on the property. Since it was our first time, we didn't see that there was more than 1 restaurant until the next day that we went to eat at the breakfast buffet.

Great room and view , and pools were super clean .

One staff member wasn’t the nicest , they had balloon schedule for kids from a certain time . While standing in line with my toddler for 30 min he decides to tell me and another parent he will not be doing our balloons . Due to him estimating that his cut off time will be done . Toddler was upset and so was I after standing in line.

The Mon-Fri buffet lunches were good, the breakfast was mediocre; all meals needs to match up to the international standards that we are used to in the Middle East, Africa and Asia hotels.

Lack of daily housekeeping service; this was a first for me (under the guise of preserving the environment). I did not appreciate being charged an additional daily US$45 resort fee, that is ridiculous and should be waived otherwise it is not worth staying in future at your hotel!!
