The room was VERY roomy and the full kitchenette was great. I was surprised to see the full-size refrigerator and freezer and fully stocked kitchen tools and silverware along with the sink, microwave, and dishwasher. I'm sure I just glanced over that in the description, but it was a pleasant surprise. Everything was also very clean and nice. And the shower head was great! They're often old and half-functional even in nice hotels. I will definitely be on the lookout out fir these hotels for future travel.

Not even a problem, but a couple of suggestions - the shower curtain wasn't long enough to hold water in the shower, so we cleaned that up, and the elevator door timing could use a small adjustment. It was pretty quick to close on people.

It's a great place to stay and we will definitely recommend it to friends. We will also stay again. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The amenities were also great. In addition to the pool, there were BBQ grills for guest use on the patio, a small basketball court, and cards and board games available upon request.

There was a mix-up with our reservation. I reserved a one bedroom suite because we were sharing the room with another couple, but the prior guests, in what would have been our suite, extended their stay. However, the room we got was discounted appropriately and was actually quite spacious.

Location was great! Staff were knowledgeable and nice! Rooms were perfect, spacious and clean. This hotel inside and out was beautiful and clean, and had the best continental breakfast that we have ever had!

Our phone in our room didn't work, not even a dial tone. Several light bulbs were burned out, and cleaning staff didn't have any replacement ones. The TV remote was basically useless and with no channel guide or instructions how to use the TV we didn't for a while until I had to call the front desk from my cell phone (since the room phone didn't work) and they explained how to use the TV. Still no channel guide, and limited channels in English. Other than that our stay was perfect!

Comfortable bed and good size room with a large shower.

The room prices could always be lower but the main disappointment was having those bush league cheap styrofoam plates and bowels along with plastic utensils at the breakfast buffet. For the prices we paid I would think a Hilton hotel would have actual plates and bowels you can put food on without breaking after you put a few eggs and sausage on or cracking a bowl after you fill it halfway with cereal. Also have spoons an adult can actually eat with instead of using a plastic spoon made for infants that can only hold 3 to 4 Cheerios at a time.

Our stay was the best! My little family stayed in a double queen suite and it was wonderful. The hotel is extremely clean and cozy. Our beds were so comfortable. Having a full size fridge and kitchenette was the best part. The breakfast was amazing as well. It was cute seeing doggies while passing through the hallways!

The only negative thing I can say is at breakfast my son had a sour milk.

Breakfast selection was great. Pool, laundry, dining and grilling area was very nice.

Ativan was stole from medicine bottle. It wasn't noticed until after we had gone because the bottle was left in the bag. OTC medication was not touched. I tried to call the hotel but I could not get through. Basketball court looked full sized online, but was about one-fourth the size. Walls are a bit thin.

The Room was comfortable and a good value for what we spent. The facilities were clean and the staff was very nice. They were prompt when we needed something like towels. The location was good to be able to reach all the places we needed to go.

Just the breakfast could have been a bit better with fresh items.

Decor was pretty, simple clean, rooms were clean, breakfast was very tasty and loved the cookies in the afternoon!

When we checked in the lady didn’t tell us we needed to request room service, by the time we found out it was too late and we didn’t have fresh towels for our shower the next day.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean, had a door between the bed/bath area and the living area, which was great! It seemed fairly new, had beautiful countertops, was clean, had a very well-lit parking area and was a great location near restaurants, a gas station with good prices on gas, and was far enough outside the bigger cities to be easier to get around Texas. It was a very roomy space and I definitely cannot say enough great things about this hotel!

The check-in staff was not as personable as I wished, but she seemed nice. The breakfast was just not good. I wish I could say that it was, but the hash browns were too crispy and them and the eggs even smelled bad and did not taste right.
