Beds were perfect, air conditioner was good and cold. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Room was clean and had 2 chairs for seating, which is rare these days.

Only two problems I found. Had to let water run in shower for at least 10 minutes before hot water arrived and we smoke , outside of course, but there are no benches or outside chairs to sit in.

Comfortable room with good window A/C that allowed us to rest up in the room during the 100+ deg F heat of the day without breaking a sweat! Was able to take our dog and, with our room being on the back side, our dog enjoyed exploring the on-property grassy field behind the Inn.

There were LOTS of sharp, spriky, seeds throughout the grassy field behind the hotel that stuck to the soles of my sandals and to my dog's paws! Had to check/remove several after every trip for doggy bathroom breaks.

price and availability was great for Memorial Weekend. the room was clean and beds comfortable. it was damp in the bathroom and shower curtain didn’t close properly so floor got all wet every time. great water pressure in shower though (hence the wet floor). we were checking out inks lake state park and drive was not too far and very beautiful. we ate at boat town close by and enjoyed it too

Location was only a few minutes from the attraction we were in town to see. Check in was quick and staff was very polite and courteous. Check out was the same. Room was clean. Too cold to swim, but the pool looked very clear and clean. Had a couple of covered platforms behind the inn with tables and a place to sit. Price per room was reasonable and fair. I would stay here again or recommend to a friend.

I love space they have its peaceful at night cause you don’t hear cars and trucks driving by or a train passing through waking me up..and it was warm when I checked in the room made it comfy and cozy will be back again soon

Nothing it was perfect

The facility is always clean. The AC works great, even in the scorching Texas heat! Rahul is a friendly attentive manager who wanders the premises, making sure security is intact.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and comfortable.

Our microwave was a little noisy when it was being used. But it still worked fine.

Bed was a little hard. Some water on the floor by the wall next to the room next door.

The exterior isn’t the most appealing. It looks a little run dow and grass wasn’t mowed.

The location is great, staff is very nice and the rooms are big!
