Front desk person, Joselyn was amazing, I forgot I left some clothes in the closet, She called me to let me know. I was luckily still in town to be able to pick up my clothes. That was super nice of her to do ...because she really didn't have to. Please let her know that because of her, I will definitely book my next stay in Laredo at Comfort Suites because of her super kindness!!

It has nearby shopping malls with cinemas and stores for shopping.

We asked for a room with 3 beds and they gave us one with two and a cot. There are no warmer blankets and they use the excuse that the air conditioning is in the room.

Location and the fact the hotel is remodeled and everything is new.

I didn’t like my room had a very strong cigarette smell. Room was supposed to be “non-smoking”. My bed didn’t have a fitted sheet, just a mattress cover,a small sheet and the bed cover. Ended up going to the lobby to request sheets and put them on myself.

I liked that my room was always clean maintance was very respectful front desk aswell nice

I didnt like that the pool was closed couldnt have fun tv didnt work cable kept going off and never got it fixed and pool never opened and their wasnt as much light in the room

The staff is very helpful, nice professional. The Internet was strong.

There was hardly any hot water. It was basically just warm. That’s a big deal for me.

Nice personal. They helped us a lot and were so kind. It’s a little bit loud in the morning when the guests leave their rooms.

I paid $20 more for "breakfast included " only to find out the actual hotel does not offer breakfast! Booking get it together! Oh, and the elevator wasn't working, so plan on using the stairs.

Clean and comfy. Also, quiet.

Limited safe parking. Fence in back of property could be fixed for increased sense of safety

Love the friendly staff. They make conversation with you making you feel comfortable but at the same time respect your privacy . Housekeeping service is by far too good because it's the only hotel in Laredo that I know housekeeping doesn't make you feel as if your getting kickout . They don't bother you ..they don't knock your door ,they keep too themselves do their job knowing that we know checkout time .

The staff was super friendly.

At the time of my stay, the property was being remodeled so there was a lot of dust in the lobby and the pool was closed.
