I return because I love the place. They are doing some painting which is always good for looks. But let me tell you the staff is always wonderful. And the breakfast area is fully loaded. Love the new coffee machine they installed with different options. The ladies in the kitchen for breakfast area are so attentive and keep place clean. I'm a professional housekeeper myself. And I notice those things. The housekeeper do a great job here. They just need to work on those toilets with the detail cleaning it was not pretty. Other than that it was great stay like always. Place smelled nice and clean, staff was very nice and respectful. Loved the indoor pool and gym. Also liked how they serve free breakfast and there’s also a laundromat. Nice big screen with YouTube and variety of channels. Beds were clean and comfortable

To use the laundromat it is quarters only, wish it was also card

breakfast was a little below standards, always serve myself. The food was good and the place was very clean. The room was comfortable , but the pillows were small. Over all the hotel was very comfortable to my needs. Great staff, very friendly and always with a smile.

well what can I say. I have been staying here several times for the past few years. will not go anywhere else. this is my favorite place. Everything is so close. And the customer service is great. The children love the breakfast there. I enjoy the coffee and the view is wonderful. I rather be indoor than outdoor. is so hot . The ac work really well in the summer

The pool was being cleaned out and was not open when we wanted to use it. But don’t take this as a complaint. As soon as they were done we were able to enjoy clean pool and jacuzzi.

Hotel environment was a 10/10. Check in/ check out was easy and smooth! Everything clean and organized. Our room was so comfy and had lots of room! Front desk was super friendly! The breakfast was delicious! I would definitely book again when visiting Laredo!

I liked everything we usually book once a year. We live in Houston, Texas. We enjoy the atmosphere and relaxing in the pool. The staff is really great the ladies at the front desk and the ladies serving breakfast also the guy that cleans the pool is really nice.

The only thing that I don't like is that the hotel cannot give me evidence , state of account or something to have evidence of my staying and that there was not any additional charges. Reception days that they cannot give me anything that booking.com should gave my receipt after my staying... That is really annoying. Other thing, the bathroom air extractor was not working.

We loved the delicious free breakfast (hot meal! Waffles as well as fruit/yogurt/cereal as well as hot meal prepared by staff hat differs on a daily basis). Staff was very helpful with local restaurant suggestions. We also enjoyed the free cookies :)

We travel to Laredo often as my family lives there. This location was perfect! Under 5 minutes away from my mothers house, which made it so much better! The staff was polite, professional and very efficient. Breakfast was perfect!

The only complaint, which is not the hotels fault is the family staying in the room above ours. I'm not sure if they had 1 or more children but they kept running back and forth a lot! Luckily it wasn't during late hours of the night.
