Hotel and rooms were well kept and clean. Breakfast had several hot selections. It was a quiet location right off the interstate, so easy to get in and out.

We had some problems checking in - it was later at night and the night clerk somehow sent through multiple charges for the 2 rooms we had reserved. We didn't end up getting overcharged for the rooms but it was stressful until we found out for sure that the extra charges were not being applied to our credit cards (which took almost a week to clear up).

The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, I got stuck with a very noisy intoxicated neighbor. That’s just luck I guess.

The staff is very unprofessional, they acted as if I was a burden, I have never been treated so poorly by a hotel in my entire life. I paid way over the amount that I should have, I was in an emergency situation because of car trouble, and the receptionist knew this, and still had no compassion whatsoever. I’m not looking for pity but I believe if you’re going to be in the customer service business you should maybe try more?

Clean room.

Desk clerk announced my room number outloud while there was other people in the lobby. Safety concern! Also, I checked out early. Clerk was in the dining room sitting at a table, eating I presume, and did not bother to come to the lobby area to speak with me. Instead, she had to raise her voice so I could hear her from where she sat. Not good customer service!

My granddaughter left her purse in the room. Stephanie emailed me. We were 90 miles down the road. She offered to mail it but keys, wallet, etc were in the purse. Very thankful we were contacted.

Everything was nice except the pool was not able to be used due to a malfunction. Was a bit disappointed in that. But the breakfast was good and all the dining area was clean.

I staff was very polite and attentive to my questions.

The door on the room would not close without a taped contraption that was used. The staff did address my concern immediately.

The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable.

The TV didn't have a picture. There were bad storms and we were told that was the reason. Our window leaked and we lost power for half the night. No breakfast even after the power came back on.

The property was excellent, perfect location

My fiancé only wished that the blinds were blackout or covered the edges to block the lights, nothing major! We will definitely return there in the coming weeks!!

We were only at the property to sleep overnight, as we attended a wedding which was too far to drive home to.

The back door is OPEN. This door should be locked and only accessible with a card key, but it is just simply open. This OPEN door is also only two doors from our room.

I liked the tub except it did not plug properly. That is literally my one and only complaint.
