I go to Huntsville TX every six weeks. I was staying at the two Wyndhams. However, this trip I chose BW. My room was perfect for a disabled person. I enjoyed this trip more than I ever have. I was in contact with Shayla first. She was so friendly and helpful. I was then in contact with Alex. In all my stays in Huntsville, no one has ever asked if I needed help getting my breakfast, but he did. He's also very friendly. When I checked out, I had the pleasure of meeting Shanda. She is also so helpful and friendly. These employees that I was in contact are exemplary employees. They are all an excellent asset to your BW in Huntsville TX. I will now stay at this motel from now on. Thank you!

Cleanliness & Upgraded Remodeling & breakfast wasn’t bad at all! Ran into no issues whatsoever. Matter of fact- we’ve decided to book again tonight last minute. So we will be there again tonight. Very impressed!

The original structure being an older motel & I’ve been staying in nothing but boujee Hotels for the past 3years & have set the bar high. - that being said: I give this place one good hell of a nod. Kudos! The place is great. Staff super friendly & accommodating as well. Talk even have a Shoguns Hibachi grill within walking distance from the front door.

This hotel was great. It's one of the older ones so when you drive up you're not sure about, it but boy is it nice inside!! Beds were great, this is the third hotel in a week, and they were the best. Looked as if had face lift and they did a great job!! Will stay again. Breakfast was nice too. Try it!!

We just needed a clean inexpensive place to spend the night and this hotel provided that. We just showered and slept comfortably in the bed and were out the door by 8:30 AM.

The pillows were too small (I know that is what all the hotels are using now). Regular pillows would have been more comfortable.

I liked everything! The people were nice, good breakfast, and it was clean there. The best Best Western I’ve been to! The ladies were patient even when booking.com was giving them problems about our stay, but thank God it worked out!

I used this hotel as a stop over whilst travelling and I found it to be very good. The rooms were modern, spacious and clean and had good facilities. Even though the hotel is near the highway, I didn't hear any traffic noise and had a good nights sleep, waking up feeling well rested and ready to continue with my journey. As a lone, female traveller, I felt safe in this hotel overnight. The complimentary products were nice. The staff were friendly and polite and made it an easy process to check in and out

I think there could have been a little more selection at breakfast and the orange juice machine wasn't working, which was a shame, but I managed to have a decent breakfast with coffee instead of juice.

This place is amazing for the price. During the freeze, we lost power and found the place extremely clean, very comfortable beds, and updated rooms. The staff was beyond polite and accommodating, they had even been so considerate as to salt walk ways and stairs. You can tell the management really cares about the business and clients. There was also a warm breakfast in the morning!

Interesting location as it is off of the highway. Being off the highway did feel more private, quiet and secure. Breakfast was good. They had waffles, eggs, sausage, fruit and cereal. Clerk was very friendly and worked hard to accomodate our requests. I would stay there again.

At breakfast they had hot water for coffee or cocoa but they did not have cold water for those who did not want to drink juice. Had to pay $1 per bottle. I wish there was better signage as I did get lost going to the hotel.

The second time I stayed at this location, I was very happy with the accommodations for the price. It's double what Motel 6 charges, but half of what Hilton charges, and I've had a better night stay here than the above mentioned in this same city.

The parking lot drop-off is still a major issue for me. 2/3rds of your vehicle is on level ground, and then there's about a 2ft drop off from your trunk onwards. Maybe it's a drainage issue, but I feel it could be easily fixed with a build-up of concrete. If you're disabled or in a wheelchair this will be a major obstacle for you.

The room was remodeled, spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast provided. Waffles,sausage,eggs,biscuits and gravy, muffins, and pastries , cereal, fresh fruits, and yogurt. There swimming pool was 5ft in the deep end and they also had a toddler pool, very clean and clear. Every area of the property was clean including the fitness room which had mats, hand weight, treadmill, stepper, and bands. Before leaving we were able to use a onsite washing machine and dryer. Lastly, the staff was friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
